Features
- Heat for different dishes: Five Italian SABAF burners include a 20,000 BTU triple-ring burner for stir-frying and boiling, plus four burners for everyday cooking. Prepare a main dish and sides together on this 36 inch gas cooktop
- Natural gas or propane: Factory-set for natural gas and convertible to propane with the included LPG nozzles. Have a qualified installer complete the conversion for your gas supply before use
- Electric ignition and flame protection: A 120V electric pulse system lights the burners. Flame failure protection shuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out, adding protection beyond ignition alone
- Stainless steel and cast iron: A stain-resistant panel wipes clean after cooking. Full-width cast iron grates support cookware, while metal knobs adjust the flame. Grates and knobs are dishwasher safe for convenient cleanup
- Check the cutout before purchase: Unit measures 36.02 in. W x 21.0 in. D x 3.78 in. H. Required cutout is 34.25 in. W x 19.61 in. D. Includes a pre-installed 120V power cord. Verify cabinet clearances against the installation manual
