The 6-layer muslin design gives just enough weight without overheating—perfect for hot sleepers or anyone living in a warmer climate. The King size fits my bed well, though I could see how some might want a little more width if you like an oversized drape. I also love the textured look—it adds a cozy, relaxed vibe to my bedroom. One thing to note: it’s best to air dry or tumble dry on low. I followed the care instructions, and it’s held up beautifully so far with no shrinkage. Overall, it’s a great value for the price and feels much more expensive than it is. This throw blanket is a soft, airy dream! I ordered it for a loved one to take to her chemotherapy treatments. I wanted a 100% cotton blanket that was incredibly soft in case her skin became sensitive during the course of her treatment--this exceeded my wildest expectations! It's so soft, it's heavenly. I also love that it's Oeko-Tex certified (another one of my requirements). I only returned it because I decided to get one that was slightly heavier in weight since my friend will be undergoing treatment during the fall and winter. I'm sorely tempted to buy a king-size one for my own bed as a summer blanket, though! The only reason I didn't rate it five stars is that I didn't wash it, so I can't attest to its durability.
