I like this chair alot. The thing is huge, big enough for a small adult or teenager and I like that the cover comes off to wash. They also have great customer service. Our chair was delivered in the rain and it got wet. They were super helpful. I deducted one star for the comfort category bc its definitely not "cuddly". But my guess is if you're buying this big one, you're not buying it for a small child who wants something to snuggle with. ... show more

Glad I ordered the bigger chair. It fits perfectly in my daughters apartment dorm room. The outside covering is soft and the chair is very comfortable. I had to buy the extra beans to fill the bean bag further. It came filled, but needed way more filling. Great bag!
