Trampoline is great. Slide came with two of the same handles so we can’t assemble it. Tried to contact manufacturer and there is no customer support available. No foam around edges of round swing..2 injuries first day. Also swingset is super super cheap. Kind of leary of the 40kg.. maybe should be lowered or enforce top bar better

All around great product minus the swing set side is not the best in sturdiness. If you swing the slightest bit high it comes off the ground. My kid weighs 44 pounds. But she loves it.

    • Seems Good But Some Concerns

So, this arrived in a box that was ripped open in multiple places and looked really terrible, but at least all the parts were there. I specifically chose this trampoline because it says Max Load Weight:1000 lbs and I wanted my kids and their friends to be able to jump on it together, but the information in the instruction manual says Max Load Weight is 330 pounds and NOT 1,000. That's a HUGE difference. Also, the net does not fit. I'm going to reach out after writing this review about it because I don't know if the net was just improperly marked as a 16ft net or if they run small, but no matter what I do, it will NOT fit the trampoline. All in all, my kids are enjoying it, but I do have concerns about their safety when I buy what is supposed to have an enclosed net and a 1,000 pound max load limit only to see that the trampoline itself claims 700 pounds LESS. ... show more
