I ordered the 3 piece set. And after waiting about 3 weeks I only received the chair. I contacted the seller and he promptly sent the rest of the order within a week. Once I had all pieces, we attempted to assemble it. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! We spent almost 4 hours trying to put it together. The furniture is hard to slide the pieces into each other and the furniture does not feel sturdy at all. We even called another couple over to help and they gave up after an hour. It literally is impossible to put together. My husband had to readjust the attachment pieces because they didn’t line up and once we got it together, only 3 legs would go on, we couldn’t get the 4th leg on the chair and loveseat because of a defect in the workmanship. Also the boxes arrived damaged and the furniture had multiple stains and the loveseat had two cuts in the cushion. We contacted the seller and he tried to resolve by offering $300 then $350 discount. We decline and sent back. I received my refund really quickly. I gave 1 star due to the prompt response from the seller. Don’t buy!!!! You will regret it!! ... show more

My house looks so breathtaking with these couches! I am thrilled. Side note. There was a tiny rip and the seller just would not replace the one piece. But they gave me a $300 discount back on my card. I seriously only paid like $1000 for a luxury looking set. But... had this been on a part that I could not conceal easily, this would have been a problem. I suggest the company figures out how to replace parts because they didn't budge. ... show more

I ordered this set and another matching chair, noticed parts missing, communicated with company they kept sending me parts but every time it was missing the parts that I actually need I ended up sending 5 or 6 large boxes of parts that do not complete one chair. They say they will call back never do. They claim it’s the warehouse they work with but their overall communication is very poor. As far as quality of the product it’s as terrible as their customer service it’s peeling in many places and I’ve had it for less than 2 months anything that rubs against it like a side table can scratch it and start peeling in that area. ... show more
