The fact that you can get a really comfortable mattress shipped to your house with a great price is so cool! I read a lot of mattress reviews, this one was the best reviews. Got it home, super heavy of course. Open with plenty of space for it to fold open, it’s kind of bent like a taco lol When you open it, it springs open it like a angry butterfly 😂 almost got me in the face lol my fault of course! Glad we didn’t do a how to video! We let it rest for 24 hours so it can breathe and the foam can expand, seemed like it was done by mid day but we let it sit the full 24 hours. First night of sleep without my husbands shoulder hurting, he’s a side sleeper, I’m also a side sleeper so my lower back is always hurting. Woke up with no hip or lower back pain! It’s very comfortable, not too hard, not too soft. No smell to it. The grand kids jumped on it to test out the springs, it held up just fine lol I like that I don’t need a box spring for it and it’s high enough without being too skinny of a mattress.

I’ve had this queen 12-inch mattress for a couple of days now, and my first impression is positive. It arrived compressed in a box and expanded quickly without any strong smell. I like that it feels medium-firm but still comfortable. The top layer has a soft feel, and the springs give good support without sinking too much I’ve been sleeping well on it so far, and I noticed it helps reduce movement when someone else moves on the bed. The quality looks good and it feels stable along the edges too. I’m still testing it, but overall my early experience has been really good.

I have purchased the Amazon Cool Gel brand several times and have been very happy with it, but it was not available in the king size. So I searched for a suitable replacement and read through the reviews of several different brands. The quality and comfort of this mattress are great. It is definitely equal to the Amazon Cool Gel brand. It was very easy to unpack and expanded evenly. I gave a 4/5 because we did have one issue with the order, but the manufacturer was quick to resolve the mistake. 5/5 for customer service.
