The controls are horrid, the dial does not set time, but cycles through modes listed from A1-A9. Don't know what does what as I didn't keep the booklet. The biggest issue however is it doesn't heat food evenly. Throw a pizza slice in for 30 seconds and you get very spotty heat. Majority of the food item will be warm, with nickel size spots that are still cold/frozen and other spots that are hotter than the surface of the sun. I hate it. ... show more

... that's great for small spaces. I ditched a big clunky one for this one. It has far less power than my old one according to specs but it still seems to do the same job as far as I can tell. We bought it for its size to fit our shelf, and a good price. Most food packages now specify times for a 1100W oven and this is 700W which is fine and what we're used to, but the controls on this one do not consistently allow for the time equivalencies needed. Wish it had a numpad to key in exact times, rather than twisting a dial that did not always offer incremental times. Also awkward if you want to cook at 50% power. The inside is smaller than our previous microwave, too, so it won't take anything larger than a standard dinner plate. I would not buy again. ... show more

This is the best microwave I've ever bought!!! I bought it because I wanted something simple to operate and the settings are very easy. Its exactly what I needed! I was looking for an air fryer / microwave. You can air fry shrimp, chicken tenders and onion rings on the rack provided. And it doesn't dry the food out!
