This top would be great if I didn't have to lift my arms so much at work. It's a little tight through the shoulders. If I wasn't going up and down ladders and moving shelves, this top would be perfect. If you work in an office or somewhere not as physical as some retail stores, this would be a great top for you. Fit me perfectly across shoulders, neckline and waist while being slightly loose around torso to give me flattering look. It's also slightly longer so it hits me at the lower half of my tush. Color doesn’t fade, shapes to your body type and is comfortable to wear. I wish the front pleated style is designed differently because if not for its nice dark blue color, it will put emphasis on your belly size.

When I opened the package, I thought the size chosen was too big After washing, it actually fits well. I am a little broad in the chest area, so it felt a bit tight.. It is my body type, not the shirt. I have worn larger sized blouses, this blouse is a bit smaller then I normally wear, but not too tight that it makes me looks sloppy. I love the colors I chose. Purchased 2 different colors, and love each one.
