Estimados, La máquina llegó hace aproximadamente 2 de junio a mi puerta. A primera vista todo parecía estar en orden, pero por su peso y tamaño tardé alrededor de 2 semanas en conseguir ayuda para instalarla y colocarla en su lugar. Después, pasaron otras 2 semanas hasta que conseguí a la persona capacitada para enseñarme su manejo, quien vino hace unos 20 días. El primer intento real de trabajo fue el jueves pasado, hace apenas 8 días: desde ese momento empezaron los problemas constantes. Rompe hilo, se enreda, pierde configuraciones y muestra errores que impiden trabajar con normalidad. Todo esto a pesar de seguir al pie de la letra las indicaciones y recomendaciones del manual y del técnico que me capacitó. A continuación detallo todos los fallos que presenta el equipo: 📋 RESUMEN COMPLETO DE FALLAS Y PROBLEMAS PRESENTADOS: 1. Error constante con el reconocimiento de la cabeza de aguja: - Aparece Error Código 19 repetidamente. - Al apagar y encender la máquina, pierde la configuración y no reconoce la aguja seleccionada. - Se han probado agujas nuevas, reinicios completos, cambios de posición y el fallo persiste. 2. Piezas desajustadas desde la entrega: - El pantógrafo vino desajustado de fábrica. - La guía de luz infrarroja, que marca el punto de referencia y el centro, también venía desalineada. - Anteriormente hubo problemas para desmontar el accesorio de gorras, como si se bloqueara. 3. Pérdida constante de configuraciones: - La velocidad (modo tortuga/rápido) se desajusta cada vez que se apaga. - La selección de aguja se borra y hay que volver a configurar todo manualmente. 4. Funcionamiento irregular: - A veces no detecta la posición correcta al iniciar, obligando a reiniciar el proceso varias veces. - Rompe hilo con frecuencia sin causa aparente, habiendo revisado tensión, enhebrado y agujas. - El proceso de preparación se vuelve extremadamente largo para bordados pequeños (incluso iniciales sencillas), perdiendo mucho tiempo intentando solucionar fallos. 5. Conclusión: - Parece haber una falla interna en la tarjeta o el sistema electrónico, ya que el fallo aparece sin haber movido nada, solo por apagar y volver a encender la máquina. - A pesar de haber seguido todos los protocolos de encendido, limpieza y configuración, la máquina no funciona de manera estable.
