They were slow but did address me on error messages. Their documentation should address error messages. Went to web page of software for the embroidery machine to get printed error messages. The machine works well, had to replace a needle the first thing. That needle kept breaking thread. Machine is quieter than I expected. Run it at slowest speed allowed, 450 spm. Largest hoop will not fit in software. 450 against 400 in software. Otherwise OK on other hoops. Had a long correspondence with them today on Facebook. I was really impressed with them they explained the hoop size difference was restrictions the software vendors imposed. They also answered a lot of questions I had. I feel a lot better about these people and I am impressed more about the machine now that I have had a couple days to use it. They seem really to want to help. I have been slow doing some embroidery, and I had to totally learn after I purchased and got the machine installed about the first of year. But, here are a few of the embroidery I have done. All this was done with the latest software that I also had to learn.

I liked it a lot but I didn’t have any body to help learn how to do some stuff on it. I couldn’t get the stuff off my computer to the machine.

For the machine itself, it's impressive. But the instructions on how to use it is very limited, and not clear Or how to thread the machine. When it comes to the needles. It don't give you no kind of software to use with the machine To digitize your project. I'm going on YouTube to find out how to do that. An again limit with no useful help. And I think for The value of money that I paid is overpriced with no kind of support construction destructionist quality. It's good. And it's not easy to use without proper instructions. I'm looking at other machines and they give you a star kit with software. And a number with a support team to help you With any issues that you may come up.

I had to return the first one I received I opened the crate and over half the parts were missing. Amazon was great with the pickup and redelivery of the new one. The manual does not give you details on what screw and size goes where and there is no description or size of the bobbin or needles needed for this machine. It is extremely heavy 2 to 3 people required to move it. I can't wait until I feel confident enough to embroider my first project.

Machine arrived quickly and safely! So far I love this machine.The stitch outs for me have been flawless.it can embroidery complex and intricate patterns.I've complete several projects and during this progress have had zero thread breaks.If you are looking to buy a multiple needle embroidery machine I would highly recommend this one!
