    • Great bike! Bleed the caliper to get the pads loose
Great bike! The box it shipped in was amazing it was very well done, also the instructions were very good it has pictures and writing for every step. Only thing I struggled with on the build was the front brake caliper, I couldn't get the plastic shipping part out of the brake pads, all I had to do was bleed the caliper which was very easy only needed a paper towel and a couple turns of a wrench and that's all it took. ... show more

Easy set up for most part, had to improvise on some things as instructions did gloss over some bits. Was shipped fast and came sooner than expected. Is a solid bike, has been working well. My daughter loves it and already has over 100 miles on it

It’s a great budget bike. I got top speeds at 40mph which is great. range could be better but I’m also 220 pounds so it could be worse. Definitely recommend it if it’s your first E-moto type bike!!

Wow a nice emoto bike. Too bad the plastics were severely scratched up. The front fork scratched to bare silver and the LCD screen scratched with no protection on it during shipment. The screen when turned on shows a Crack inside the LCD. The company has not responded to my emails. Other than that, very solid bike. The handlebar bumper is a joke and will not stay on. Does not even fit!. The assembly directions are somewhat off. Nothing explains the routing of the front hydraulic brake line. Have to use common sense and basic knowledge. ... show more

Easy to build institutions were not clear though. 41 mph out the box. Lots of torque definitely more than yozma. Very easy to mod.

And honestly, it was a complete home run! It’s such a perfect size for her, and watching her face light up when she's zipping around on it is just priceless. She totally loves it! Now, full transparency, we did encounter a small issue with the rear braking system shortly after she started using it. But here's where Valtinsu truly impressed us: their customer service team was simply outstanding. We managed to get a hold of them without any hassle, and they were incredibly quick and efficient in helping us sort everything out. To our surprise, they even offered to send us a brand new rear braking system, which was just fantastic! The whole replacement process has been super smooth. They were genuinely so helpful and patient throughout the entire interaction, answering every single question we had. What could have been a frustrating situation turned into a really positive one thanks to their exceptional support. The bike assembly was pretty easy, it’s pretty sturdy so far. The main reason for my 3 star review is because of the battery life; I’ve consistently only have been able to get around 15-19 miles on a full charge each time, while the bike is advertised as 30-53 miles of range, you would think the minimum of 30 miles is in the circumstances of fast heavy riding, but no. I contacted the company and they said that’s normal. Bike is fun but for a very short amount of time. For the price it’s ok. ... show more
