It took me awhile to get used to the height of this pillow, but once I did, I’ve enjoyed using it. I don’t suffer from any pain, but I like that it lifts my head from my chest. It’s really best for side sleepers.

After using the pillow for a week, I found it to be comfortable and supportive. I did find the pillow a bit warm, as other products made of memory foam. It made the back of my head and neck sweat a little. I do like the pillow and plan to continue using it. In the meantime, I will search for a cooling type pillowcase. NOTE: If you decide to switch or remove the soft and/or hard rods in the pillow, you do not have to remove the pillowcases. I’ll start by saying this pillow isn’t the best for me personally. It’s a little too soft for my liking. However, if you prefer a soft but still supportive pillow, this is a great one. It’s well made. The cover on it is not cheap like some I’ve tried. This pillow would be perfect if the filling was different. This might not be an issue for others, but I have fibromyalgia so I am extremely sensitive to texture. The support is great and after a spinal fusion in my neck very few pillows are comfortable…this one has the right shape and balance of softness and support of only I could tolerate the texture. It might actually be the texture of the exterior fabric causing the issue for me rather than the filling, I’m not certain. Either way this pillow doesn’t work for me but short of having fibromyalgia I’d think it would work GREAT for just about anyone! ... show more
