I was on the fence with a couple different pillows and chose this one because my husband wanted to try one as well. The price point was better in the 2 pack. I have had chronic headaches and neck pain for several years. I get adjusted every 2 weeks and even use a neck stretcher as needed for the neck pain. I have tried all sorts of pillows to include: a my pillow, bamboo pillows, ikea pillows, roll pillows, etc... These pillows arrived quickly and no strange smells from shipping. They took shape immediately after opening. We waited about 6 hours before using them. The first night, I woke up with an extreme head/neck ache and discarded the pillow in the middle of the night. I had read the reviews and instructions that said give it a solid week so I tried again. Night #2 was much better and by the end of the first week I was actually sleeping better and no longer waking up with a headache/neck pain. I am a side sleeper and I am still able to put my hand under pillow. I don't feel like a toss and turn as much. Tomorrow marks 2 weeks of using the new pillow and overall I'm pleased. The only real issue I see is that the pillows are so big and your head rests in the middle so my husband and I aren't able to cuddle or sleep close anymore. Otherwise we both like them and have no desire to keep shopping.

They are nice and comfortable, but not stomach sleeper friendly and took a while to get comfortable on my side, but my wife loves it; she mainly sleeps om her back.

Flat no. Place for your arm to rest when on side, but in the picture it shows a place to comfort and cradle it. You can tell the button in the middle of pillows.no comfy .now we can't use them, we tried a few months. We let dogs sleep on them. So they don't go unused.

So far product arrived on time and as promised on description. Managed to get a good deal for 2 due to the color selection. Both came inside a box and double bag. Upon opening the 1st one the impression was they were thinner than expected but as recomended allow 5 to 30 minutes for the foam to expand and go back to shape. I could say that within minutes, the 1st one we open took almost full shape. No strong odors other than the one from the foam. The cover has a zipper on the back for access to the foam. It does include a small booklet with instructions on how to remove the pillow cover. Giving 4 stars until we test them. Im a side sleeper, husband a belly sleeper, both of us have cervical issues trying to see if this would be of help.
