Pain relief after using this pillow!

I am 38 years old and starting to bounce back a little less quickly as I once did to aches and pains. About a month ago, I woke up with a sore neck after sleeping on the down alternative pillows I had been using for the previous year+ with no issues, and then every night after that had neck pain no matter the pillow position/one pillow or two/a rolled up towel to support my neck/use of a massage gun/etc. The pain was pretty bad some days, to the point I couldn’t turn my head. After a week and a half of progressively worse neck pain, I gave in and ordered this pillow. I’ve been using it for almost two weeks now. After one night of using it, it was clear this pillow was much better for my neck and spinal alignment. It took a couple days to be pain free, but I haven’t had an issue with this pillow or any neck pain since. It took some getting used to, as I am not used to sleeping with my head this flat or sleeping with this firm/supportive of a pillow. I am typically a side sleeper and the first couple nights I slept on my back, as it felt awkward on my side, but I’ve since gotten used to it and now sleep the majority of the night on my side again. I actually find this pillow to be comfortable now that I’ve gotten used to it. I washed the cover recently and it was easy to take off and then put back on, and retained its softness. I would recommend this to anyone who has woken up with neck pain from sleeping in an off position. It’s an interesting pillow to look at on your bed, for sure (and I warned my husband in advance that he couldn’t make fun of my somewhat ugly pillow) but it does its job well. ... show more

living pain free and able to once again sleep

I very rarely write customer reviews, I had ordered this pillow back in 2024 and have been living pain free after a few months of using it. I came back here to get a king size verison to go with my new bed and notiiced its low reviews. I had reinjured my neck in 2024 and had several bulging discs and a shoulder tear. I tried many pillows and they all did nothing. This pillow beyond sucked when I recieved it. It is hard, uncomfortable and not your usual squishy, comfy pillow. It is still hard and non squishy BUT squishy enough for me to literally fold into my suitcase to take on every vacation. Those who suffer from neck pain, I never thought I would ever be able to turn my head again the way I do now. I had to learn to sleep on my back to achieve these results. The back of my head hurt becasue it is a hard pillow, but my neck improved being aligned properly through the night. I used to be a stomach sleeper. I can now once sleep again sleeep on my stomach using this pillow. If you have severe neck pain and cannot sleep. Give it a chance, it keeps you aligned. Best sleep I’ve had in a long time!

I have sciatic nerve problems, upper spine problems, tennis elbow on both arms, and a very hard time sleeping. I’ve struggled my whole life to find good pillows and never keep the same one more than a year because I can never find one that works for me. I bought this off Amazon after seeing someone on TikTok mention it helping with their neck. I’ve never slept better!!! When I say this is the best pillow I’ve ever had, know that I’ve tried a lot of different kinds and this one is perfect. When I lay on it, it feels like someone is holding my head up. No pressure, no feeling like I’m drowning in pillow or covers, no back pain or neck pain. And I fall asleep immediately!!! I sleep all night and I wake up without pain or stiffness. It’s incredible. My son has never liked pillows for the same reasons as me and he tried it out a few minutes the other night. He loved it too and he will be getting his own as soon as it delivers. It does take about a week to arrive but it is worth every penny!!! It is a small pillow and I would like to see a larger size offered. For me it’s perfect, but I am only 5’4” and know that taller people or heavy people than me may not fit on it well. ... show more

A little harder than I liked, but definitely for back sleepers only.

I found the pillow to be a little too hard for me. I used it for a while, but it's not great if you want to snuggle into your sleep position. It does hold your head pretty steady if sleeping on your back is your goal, but it doesn't give you the option of wiggling towards one side of the other. Read the most recent reviews from the past months. They obviously changed the type of foam. I don't think it's even memory foam. It is not firm, AT ALL! It squishes right down like a pancake. At best, it's like really cheap standard pillow foam and doesn't even appear to fill the covering. I had put this pillow in a list I made for potential pillows to buy. It looked like it would be one of the best choices for the way I sleep, but then the price was high. I checked that list last week and saw it was half off, but before I bought it, I did read the recent reviews. For the past months people had complained how bad it was. I decided to take the gamble. The one star reviews had lasted so long, I wondered if the company had finally corrected the quality and got new stock with the original foam, and lowered the price to get fast sales to get the stars back up. Or maybe they were just dumping their stock of bad pillows. It must be the latter. This company obviously has no ethical standards and is more than willing to dump faulty product on the consumer. I hope most people considering this pillow read the most recent reviews, but Amazon, by default, feeds them the "top reviews," which in this case, don't apply. DON'T BUY IT, at least, not now until you see good reviews again. ... show more

More than 5 back surgeries, 5 different pillows, and now the final pillow!!

You read right! More than 5 back surgeries; 8 screws, 6 rods, and 3 mesh cages. Screws and rods are made of titanium alloy. I still have a herniated disk that is still giving me problems. Now I know some of you might say, "from what level to what level are the fusions?" I don't want to reveal too much of my life and surgeries because in my city as of now I'm the only one that has had this many surgeries & I love my privacy. I'm saying this much because it's vital to the review of this pillow. I'm a side sleeper, I have to be because of the back pain. For a long time that I can remember I've been dealing with shoulder pain when I wake up every morning because I have to sleep on my side cause if I don't the amount of back pain intensifies so much that I am crying for the rest of the day or contemplating on going to the ER. The first night that I used the pillow I got to sleep a little more than I usually do, 6 hours versus the 3 to 4 hours that I normally get. I did wake up a little sore in my shoulder, but a lot less back pain, but I figured that it was the first night my body has to get used to it. I mean come on, I've had to deal with neck, shoulder, and especially back pain for more than half my life. After the third night, I was screaming at my pillow, "Where were you 10 years ago?!" Why didn't you come into my life sooner before I spent hundreds of dollars (not joking, I did) on pillows that were supposed to help me get a good night's sleep but never did?!" LOL!!! Of course, I'm yelling all this in my head, LOL!!! My neck and shoulder pain is 95% gone! My back pain is still a problem, as I stated earlier this back pain will never go away completely, but it was still intense. This was only 3 nights of use, I look forward to a week's worth of sleep, heck make that a month! I know that this pillow will not let me down, after I finish with this review I'm buying 2 more as gifts for my parents. Even my parents noticed that I have slept more and woken up more energetically than I ever had before. I suffer from a pain that will stay with me for the rest of my life. DO NOT & I MEAN DO NOT get my words twisted, I know that others have worse injuries than mine and this pillow may not help them. All I can say is with my injuries and the pain that I suffer from, this pillow has helped me alleviate a lot of that pain. Whether your pain is from the back, neck, or shoulders this pillow may help you, PLEASE PLEASE DON'T PASS ON GETTING THIS PILLOW!!!! ... show more

Magic, perfect, heaven sent, I now worship this pillow

Jeez. This thing is MAGIC. My sleep issues: insomnia, neck pain, wake up 4-5 times a night, sleep eating, and having four cats haha. As I fall asleep, I would start on one side, switch to other side, then end up on back. But would wake up in all sorts of different positions. I’ve only used this pillow for 2 days so far but these past 2 days have been the MOST RESTFUL sleep I’ve had in...I can’t even remember. I’m OUT. I only woke up once the first night and went right back to sleep. That NEVER happens with me. It cradles my head so nicely, and I wake in the same position I fell asleep in. Neck pain/crick was gone after the first night and I’ve had that pain for years. Tried all sorts of different regular pillows, have slept with pillows surrounding me, take a prescribed sleep medication, but nothing has helped me sleep like this pillow does. I didn’t even get up to use the bathroom (usually would at LEAST twice a night) because I was so comfortable and fast asleep. I truly can’t believe it. It’s very comfortable, firm but soft. The memory foam is in perfect shape. I know some people had problems with them expanding but I think it must have been a bad batch of foam. I really can’t praise this pillow enough. I’m so so happy. Inconsistent Quality Control

Purchased the first cervical memory foam pillow back in January 2024. It was uncomfortable at first and took some getting used too. I was experiencing neck pain and having some crazy headaches. Then consistently using the pillow with another underneath to elevate. I bought a second pillow to keep at another location but the pillow firmness was completely soft...like extra soft. I thought maybe the pillow firmness would harden or get more firm after some time elapsed. Let over a month pass and still the pillow firmness has the consistency of cheap foam. It's really crazy because the other pillow is almost so firm that its uncomfortable. I purchased both pillows from the same link and product description. I was hesitant to make this post due to enjoying the initial firm pillow. I had made a couple attempts to reach out directly to the company via the website but no response. As well it wasn't really an option on Amazon, it just kind of redirects to a "how to adjust" page. It's also not a matter of making any type of adjustments on the pillow...its the actual foam itself. Honestly the second pillow isn't worth $10 let alone $42.39. If the product delivered were the same as the initial pillow i'd rate this product a 4 stars.. ... show more
