This is a great toilet for seniors or those with some mobility issues. Seat height is around 20 inches which puts it up higher than a standard toilet seat height of around 16" and a few inches taller than a standard chair. This is important for those that may have trouble sitting and rising. Two pieces for easier installation. Classic toilet design. Flush lever on front. Great flushing power. Comfortable seat with soft close function so it does not slam down. Highly recommend this toilet for your home if you are aging, like to be a little higher up, have mobility issues, or have friends or family that visit with these concerns.

The media could not be loaded. All parts are very securely packed for protection. The directions were not exactly clear on all things but there really wasn't much assembly required as most was already done. The inside water tank parts are fully assembled with the handle being the only thing needed to install which is straightforward, quick and easy. I installed this in my basement. For installation, you just remove the old toilet, wax ring and floor flange bolts. Insert the new floor flange bolts. Place the included new wax ring onto the bottom of the toilet bowl and place it on the floor flange aligned with the floor flange bolts and push down to make the wax ring form a good seal. Tighten the toilet bowl to the floor flange bolts using the supplied nuts/washers. Install the water tank handle. Place the rubber gasket on the bottom of the water tank which provides a seal and protects the tank from the bowl. Install the water tank by aligning the water tank bolts to the matching holes on the bowl, attach your water line, install the toilet seat and you're done. Of course you want to check for any leaks. I had no issues with leaks and the installation went pretty quick and easy. The quality of materials seems good and the height makes it extremely easy to use. I'm 6'1, 60 yrs old with a bad back so this makes a big difference for me. When sitting on this, I can just place my feet flat on the ground. That's the height of this so some may want one of those little stools used for a foot rest when on the toilet if you're uncomfortable with that position. It flushes really well without using a lot of water. Overall, I'm very happy with this and think it's a good value.

I live with a 6'3" giant man, in an old house with short toilets. This is great for me, who is over a foot shorter, but for him, he feels almost folded when using the loo. We are remodeling the bathrooms, and this toilet coming across my feed was exactly what I needed. Through amazon, I have so far gotten my vanity lights, shower rods, towel warmers, and now toilet for my bathrooms. To be transparent, I have not installed this toilet yet, however, I have unboxed it with my giant contractor boyfriend, who has deemed it 'very nice' and 'will actually be tall enough for me to be comfortable'. This is going to be a great addition to our renovation plans!

This elongated toilet is quite tall. 19 inches may not seem that tall, but for a toilet it is quite tall. If you are getting this because you are taller or for an elderly person who has trouble standing up from a sitting position, you may want to also get a foot stool that fits around the base of the toilet. The lid is a slow closing lid, so no worries about it slamming shut on you. The toilet is as easy to install as any toilet, it takes time and patience, and some know how. It is a single handle flush, so you don’t have the option to use less water for some flushes. It does have a nice powerful flush though. It functions as it should and seems to be good quality. If you are looking for a tall toilet that will ship to your door and is good quality, this is a great option.

I installed this for my elderly mother who had wanted the "tall model". Her reviews were very good! She loves the extra inches you get with the tall model making it more comfortable and natural to sit on. This was very easy to install, and the instructions were good. This tornado flush creates a swoosh that Al Bundy would be proud to own, but the other noise like filling the tank is very minimal. This is a heavy weight, well made toilet. This is very high quality and looks very nice when installed. This functions very well and is a nice upgrade at my house.
