Well, first, installing is difficult because the instructions are not very clear. Our plumber ignored a lot of the instructions because they were misleading and used common sense and got her installed. The toilet looks AMAZING and the bidet functions are great. The problem is the flush - it does not clear the bowl. It worked OK enough for the first few weeks, but now it takes anywhere between 5 and 10 flushes to get it to fully flush/empty the bowl of waste - quite disgusting. Now, if I stand by with a bucket with a gallon of water and dump it in during the flush, everything goes down just fine. There is no way of servicing the guts of the toilet (or cleaning any filters) without uninstalling the entire thing. Oh, and in case you are asking, we have very good water pressure. The seller was "nice enough" to refund us about $100, but that doesn't cover the cost of having a plumber come out to service this, or a new toilet. Also, this is a Chinese company so good luck getting anything of value from their web site... I have to say, their support folks are reasonably responsive, but overall, doesn't help with my non-flushing pretty toilet... I would NOT recommend this toilet.

I'd like to give this item a better rating but there is an issue with quality control. One side of the hook is bent longer and higher than the other and its quite noticeable. I was looking to see it there is a way to fix it but there isn't. I supposed if you are hanging a towel over it and you won't be looking at it then it won't matter but if you plan on hanging things from the hooks then it visible. I will say it does have a nice sleek modern style to it and is very easy and straight forward to install. The mounting bracket on the back is easily removable by untightening the screw at the bottom. It's just a shame that I received a defective item.

I got this to hang my heavy coat on and my purse when coming in from outside and although I am not wearing my heavy coat just yet, I know soon I will be using it. This hook is sturdy, sleek and strong. It's small enough, but just the right size for what I chose to use it for-great find..! I highly recommend..!

Nice clean design. This was super ez to install with a plate you screw to wall, then put the actual hook assembly over it and tighten a small screw on the underside. Just reverse the process to remove. I will prob get 2 more for the guest bath. Frankly, my old hooks always let the towel and/or robe fall off and was annoying. The shape and width of these keeps that from happening anymore. Its a win for me!

The finish of the robe mount is very nice and reflects the great quality of the whole item. The mount is substantial and included hardware allows it to be easily installed and mounted. I located a stud in the area I wanted it mounted so was able to drive the screws directly into wood for a sturdy installation.
