I had purchased the Ella Bella Paraffin Wax Machine and loved the product, as well as the customer service so much that I decided to go to the website to see what else was offered. I ended up purchasing the Compact Hair Straightener. I have short salt & pepper hair that gets very fluffy after drying. The style in which I wear my hair really requires straight hair. I had been using a straightener for bangs, but it ran out of steam. When I saw the Compact Hair Straightener, I decided to give it a try. It arrived in really nice packaging – the box is easy to open without annoying tape (magnetic close). It has a carry bag and glove in addition to the straightener. The instructions are clearly written and easy to follow. You can adjust the temperature to your needs once you turn it on. There is a chart in the instructions, so I started with the lowest setting, but found that I needed to increase it a little (there’s a dial). When you select a temperature setting, it locks that setting into place and remembers that setting every time you use it, which is handy once you find the temp setting that works for you. It’s also easy to change settings. I was concerned that it was larger than the straightener I was used to, but it didn’t take long to get used to, and it works great on my short hair. I could see how it would work well for longer hair as well. I have now purchased two Ella Bella products. I find that they are very well made and the customer service is WONDERFUL – Ruth has gotten back to me in a very timely fashion. I don’t have a need for a hair dryer at this point, but if/when mine dies, I will more than likely purchase another Ella Bella product. I highly recommend her products – not only for the quality, but for the great customer service as well. Now I have to go register my new hair straightener for the 2-year warranty…..

This straightener makes my hair soft and shiny. I have really curly hair and it honestly straightens it with ease and way less frizz. Great straightener and definitely recommend.

Mini 1” infrared hair straightener/curler. Long story short- Absolute Best Customer Service EVER!! Had no idea a company could actually care about its customers and products in this day and age like Ella Bella. Ruth company owner reached out right away to resolve my concerns which ended up with Ruth going above and beyond to ensure my questions were answered and my concerns were resolved. I LOVE this mini straightener although I use it to put a “curl/bend” in my otherwise boring hair. It is easy to use, although I’m still adjusting from hot rollers/curling iron…but feel the infrared technology is definitely less damaging to my hair and the bend seems to stay in my hair longer. I love the digital temp control that quickly in a matter of 15-20 seconds reaches it’s goal and clearly tells you the temp it is at. It also came with a nice carry pouch for those trips you need to just throw it in a bag. Don’t laugh at my pics, I’m not a youngster and taking selfies is not my gig…but hopefully you get the gist. Highly recommend the product, from the customer service to the Company itself as one of the few these days with true Customer Satisfaction as their moto! Great product, great company - thank you!

I purchased the larger straightener & I returned it very easily and reordered a smaller version as I have short hair. Perfect hair straightener for fine hair and extremely convenient for travel. Heats up quickly to the temperature chosen and is exactly the correct size to handle easily with one hand while holding hair in the other. The cord is longer for ease of use and the fact that is swivels is a bonus.

I glad to own an Ella Bella. I like the way it glides on my hair and it doesn’t feel it is burning or drying my hair when I use it. I highly recommend this flat iron if you are looking for a good one. Well worth it.
