I understand equipment moves around...it doesn't always stay in place... driving around and always on the go didn't realize this was happening...the metal holders come with a rubber sleeve on the end but they tear or fall off not protected all the time ....so the friction from the metal holders to the metal shaft on my edger started wearing thin and eventually snap ...so the shaft assembly broke into 2 parts ...so just too let other ppl know... check on your equipment...dont want this to happen to you.....so trying to figure out how to keep this from happening again... ... show more

    • Haven't mounted it yet but what they DON'T tell you is...
Just received this item today and I have not had a chance to install either one or add any input to it's durability. However, I was HIGHLY disappointed to see that the Trimmer rack does not come with the Grade 8 bolts required to install it (the instructions inside the packaging states "not included"). So, you not only have to measure what size (because the instructions do not specify) but you have to go to a hardware store and purchase them. THEN...if you use 2x6's for your trailer floor like I do, you will find the bottom mounting hole for the Trimmer rack sticks up past the metal trailer frame. So, you will have to cut a notch out of one of your floor boards for it to slide down and make contact with the bottom rail of the trailer frame. If you drill another hole, lower in the Trimmer rack piece, you are adding a LOT of vulnerability there as there isn't much metal left after that. Both are easy enough to address however it would have been REALLY nice if ANYWHERE on the Amazon item it stated that the Trimmer rack mounting hardware is NOT included. I could have at least been prepared for this. I won't blame them for not mentioning that if you have a floor made of 2x's you will have to cut a notch out, due to the variety of trailers out there but I think it could have been noted somewhere that that could be a possibility. The product feels sturdy but again, I have no idea how sturdy it actually is or how quickly it will rust, until it's mounted and used. I do think I will add 2 more vertical strips mounted to trailer frame and outside edges of the tool rack for extra stability. With all of that said, I was pleasantly surprised to have also received a trimmer line spool holder which was not mentioned anywhere on the product description (that I could find). ... show more

The 3 trimmer holder for the trailer looks great. However, I never received the 6 hole tool holder. It seems a spool holder took the place of the 6 hole shovel and rake holder I ordered. The item says delivered and I just want what I ordered. I’d appreciate some help. Thanks

Not so easy to install, some bolts weren't long enough, and had to put spacer between rail and tool rack using a 5 inch bolt but is sturdy and worth the money

Trimmer and tool racks are just fine especially for the price, however, do yourself a favor and get your own hardware. I found the hardware included is weak and strips right out when trying to get it snugged down good. I was also missing the correct bolts to mount the tool rack to the bottom of the trailer. ... show more
