First I am a professional installer I normally use "screen innovation" Da-lite and Stewart screens assembling a screen should take 20 minutes and I normally do it by myself. this elite screen took me 45 minutes and I needed help cause of the spring tension system. you need one person pulling the screen material and another person using a tool!! pulling on a small spring to get it into a hole. when I was done you could see the black portion of the material in some parts of the screen that means the tension is uneven all around. so I found myself going to home depot buying Velcro to use it on the black spots that were visible around I will not recommend this screen tension style other than that the screen material is not bad 1.1 gain cinema white picture looked good on 4K projector. but if I have to spend 90 minutes to assemble the screen and spend $30 on strong Velcro in order to hold the tension in place not worth it. ... show more

Beyond impressed with the quality of screen. I can't imagine what other screens costing much more have to offer in the real world. Installation was easy as long as you follow the directions and have patience. The final step on installing the center support did suggest a second person but I was able to take care of this on my own (be careful during this step). Actual use of the screen is perfect. I do not see any creases, discoloration, or imperfections. I absolutely recommend this brand of screen. The velvet boarder is a very elegant touch and the aluminum frame make a very sturdy base while being lite enough for one person to lift. ... show more

screen rods were took long and left space after installing the screen. Also, one of the rods had no area to be inserted in. This was $200 I don’t understand why this quality is like this. I contacted Amazon to have a replacement screen come in and they ordered me $23. The disrespect. I asked for a replacement for the screen only and got offered $23 instead. See pictures. I have no regrets, this screen is excellent. I put it together by myself with no help and it was pretty easy. Just make sure you follow the instructions before hand. I think there is a link to video instructions and couple of youtube videos. I was not sure of the hardware supplied to hang the screen but I used good anchors, the screen is not so heavy and it has stayed on the wall. ... show more

Amazing Screen. Excellent quality. Really adds to the movie theater experience. All accessories were included, and the quality was top notch. Only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is the instructions could have been alot better. They weren't very clear and it seemed like they showed pictures of a different screen setup. However, don't let that stop you from picking up a truly awesome screen for a great deal. ... show more

Very Good quality screen. Four stars for difficult to assemble only...two man job. One to pull the fabric, the other to stretch springs (new design). Price is worth the extra work. (2/22/17 update - ordered second screen with new spring tension design. Was short 1 spring and mounting brackets. Called Elite Springs on Thursday. Got the parts today (Tuesday). Great customer service for those concerned about recourse for a internet purchased screen.) ... show more

Great screen for the money. Assembly and installation took about an hour and a half. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. One suggestion would be to stretch the material by hand and not to pull so much on the springs to grab the screen edge. I had several springs that were stretched out causing the the black edge of the screen to be visible in several locations. It gave the edge a wavy look. A call to Elite and a couple days later I had a new set of springs and the issue was solved. I added a few more of the additional springs to make sure the screen stayed in place and tight. Purchased the 120" and using an Optoma GT1080 Darbee and the picture is great. ... show more

It’s actually easy to figure out on how to assembly. The screen itself require certain tension with the spring. It’s real120” screen, will update once get the projector.
