I forgot to take pics. Ugh
Color: White
This was very disappointing, and in my case a substantial waste of time. I should not have had a replacement sent, but I was just crossing my fingers that it was a defective toaster, and that still seems very well to be the case. h However, the replacement that was sent, though it does not malfunction the same as the first one, it still does a terrible job at toasting bread in my opinion. Unless you like the very lightest toasted bread you can possibly imagine a toaster toasting on the lowest heat setting possible, this ltoaster is definitely not the toaster for you. I tried everything I could imagine, including calling the help line. The highest setting of 6 will get you the number 1 or less on most toasters, and if you set it on one, don't even waste the electricity, just eat the bread right outta the bag. Lol I really wanted this to work, because I love the simplicity of the design, and the fact that the outside is true to the advertising, in that it really does not get scorching hot to the touch. Perhaps the manufacturers were so focused on offering that feature, they forgot the primary function if the appliance was to TOAST the toast. Haha If you press it down a second time, it inevitably burns the toast trying to get the setting right for the second go round, and does so very unevenly. I meant to take pics, but forgot. It also doesn't matter if it is 1 or 4 pieces of bread. I only use thin slices too, so i can only imagine what this would do on a bagel. Lord.. I just decided I should not have to be doing this with a brand new toaster, so they are both going back. Now, to be far, there is always the possibilty it has something to do with climates, electricity sources, etc., so you have to decide if it's worth the time/trouble to take the chance one. Like I said, the design is great, had it just been able to toast my toast. Just very grateful for a good return policy, that's for sure. And why I only buy from business's who do. :)

HORRIBLE TOASTER
Color: Black
This is one of the worst toasters I have ever bought. It cooks the toast very unevenly, part burnt, part a little toasted, and part not toasted at all. When you push the button to bring up the toast it shoots out of the top landing on the floor or counter if your lucky. I have to put my hand over it when I push the button so the toast doesn't fly out. Very disappointed in this product.
