Awesome toaster
Color: White
Absolutely love this toast. Works great. But please follow the directions, with a new toaster you have to set the temp to high and toast nothing to burn off the chemicals used on the filaments before you use it with food.

BIG SLICES - NO PROBLEM
Color: White
Hooray! I love it. Tried it as soon as it arrived. I like the slim profile for my limited space area for a toaster. My old one was just too in the way. Also, we love the big sourdough and specialty loaves of bread, this toaster handles the big slices. Nice Product, fast delivery. Thanks

This one's just right!
Color: White
Our toaster magically arrived the very next day! After spending too much money on toaster after toaster we finally found this one which toasts perfectly! Everyone is happy, happy!

Consistent quality toasting
Color: White
I have been very satisfied with this toaster. It toasts consistently and evenly. It handles oversized bread, so I don’t have to cut bread in half or first toast one end and then the other. And the price is great. I looked at some other VERY expensive toasters and still saw bad reviews. So I decided to go with this one and it was a great choice.

Toasts great, but gives flight to finished toast!
Color: White
I really want to give this 3 and a half stars, but it really does toast well and I like the ability to toast 2 wide pieces of bread at the same time or 4 regular slices. But I find it really annoying that the toaster flings the finished toast out of the toaster and onto the counter. So far, none has landed on the floor, but this has happened almost every time I use the thing. I haven't yet tried to toast bagels or frozen waffles. I suspect bagels will be heavy enough to stay in the toaster. I also wish you could only use one side, seems wasteful to heat both slots if you are only using one. But then that would probably add $$ to the cost of the toaster. And, at $30, this is not a cheap toaster. It is pretty though, looks nice on the counter.

They fixed it!
Color: White
As other reviewers have noted, the toast pops out of the toaster and onto the counter or the floor. Doesn't the manufacturer know this? How can they not know it? Also, no bagel setting. It makes decent toast. I would not buy it again. 11/7/2018 - I am now changing the three star teview to a five star review. The manufacturer has corrected the problem of the toast popping up out of the toaster - it now comes up normally. I still wish that it had a bagel setting, but we don't always get what we wish for.

Not a four slice toaster; bad smell.
Color: White
The picture shows this toaster holding four slices of bread. The reality is that, unless you’re a tiny baby who eats tiny baby bread, it only holds one and a half slices per slot. You can turn the slices on their side to fit four, but that will leave the tops sticking out, where the bread won’t toast at all. This is really a two slice, long slot toaster. It can do two, extra long, round load style slices, but not four sandwich loaf slices. Unrelated, but an additional reason I returned: it has a horrible plastic smell when it heats up that fills the whole room.

it toasts well
Color: White
our old toaster bit the dust and we tried two other models before we got this one. It toasts perfectly. My only slight complaint is that it is a bit exuberant in popping it out. You certainly never have to dig for it.
