    • Love this toaster
Color: Stainless Steel Size: 2 Slice
I love this toaster, works great! I really like the modern technology that sets it apart from other toasters. The price is very reasonable. All the features work great. I have absolutely no regrets and may even buy another one for my basement kitchen.

    • I love this toaster!!

Who knew it was so difficult finding a good looking AND reliable toaster. In my humble opinion, so many of them out there just look & feel so cheap! Manufacturers have little concern for the look of quality. But this little guy has it all. It’s proudly on display on our counter. Love the long and open wide slots. Gone are the days of fitting that extra wide slice of whole wheat bread into a tiny slot. It toasts perfectly at no. 3 setting. ... show more

    • Somewhat Uneven Toasting
Color: Black Size: 4 Slice
The toaster is a little uneven but it works in a pinch. It runs slightly hotter than expected so I turned it down quite a bit. It is a good size for the countertop. The slots are big enough for 4 standard slices of bread or 2 large sourdough bread slices (you know the ones that come from the round loaf from San Francisco). The toaster doesn’t let you lift the bread partway through the cooking process. It is either stop or go. ... show more

    • Good toaster, sides are definitely cool
Color: Black Size: 4 Slice
My mom insisted I get a cool touch toaster, and I wanted one with four slots, so I got this. There's a review that says you can't fit four pieces of bread, and I'll admit that's true for certain types of bread, so be careful if that's what you're going for. Overall, I really like this toaster. It looks good and works really well. I'd say the only thing I have against it is that if you're toasting something that's skinny, like an ego waffle, when it's done and they pop up, it really throws them. I've had egos fall onto the counter more times than I can count because the force of them being pushed out is so high. But I keep my counters clean so that's something I can live with. ... show more

    • A very nice toaster, not overbearing in size and works well. Does not dry out the toasted item.
Color: Black Size: 4 Slice
This is a very nice toaster, it toasts items evenly. What I found from going from a toaster oven to this toaster is that this toaster does not dry out the bread. This was very surprising to me and really gives toast a whole new consistency. The warming rack is a nice touch and unobtrusive. The toaster works well and I would recommend it and purchase again if necessary. I would also have no issue with purchasing for someone as a gift. ... show more

    • Cold spots! Updated! Great product!
Color: Black Size: 4 Slice
Item has too many cold spots and I need two cycles at max temp (level 6) to have a nice dark toast. Customer service was great about it when I called with the issues. They will send me a replacement and I can send the faulty one after I get it. So I can have my over worked toast until I get the new one. I think that was cool if Amazon. … I got my new toaster in a couple of days and they did good on their exchange and the performance of the machine. No more cold spots. I’ll give it 5 stars eventually but people need to see that some items are defective and will have to go through the hassle of the exchange. I RECOMMEND THIS ITEM. ... show more

    • Lasted about one month
Color: Black Size: 4 Slice
This toaster worked well for about a month ... that is it, one month! At that time you had to watch it like a baby because the bread started to toast unevenly where one side burned and the other was still white. I was hoping it was a good toaster for a great price but not the case. This is our third toaster ending up in the trash! We finally decided to fork over some bucks for a high end toaster and quit wasting money on inexpensive toasters which require babysitting ... and do not toast properly! Do not buy this toaster! ... show more
