Update: the company reached out to me and offered to send me a replacement. Since I really did enjoy this product, I am waiting for that to arrive. They were very responsive about my issue! Hopefully better luck with the new one! I have had this for about seven months. I absolutely loved it! It seems to be helping with puffiness and wrinkles. However, in the past few days, the vibration part of it has stopped working. The lights still work, but without the vibration, the benefit is a lot more minimal - I probably will stop using it. I feel like this product should last longer than seven months. Disappointed in the quality

I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but I actually really love this little massager. It’s super easy to use and feels so nice and relaxing on my neck and jawline. I like that it has different light settings — I don’t know if they make a huge difference yet, but they’re fun to switch between and make it feel more spa-like. The rose gold color is really pretty too, and it feels good quality for the price. I’ve only been using it for a short time but my skin does feel a bit smoother and less puffy, especially in the morning. Overall I’m really happy with it — definitely a nice self-care treat!

Update: A little bit after my first review the company reached out to me personally. Very pleased with the customer service and being prompted in getting the issue resolved. Had it for exactly one month and it’s already broken. The massage vibration part stopped working 🥲 It shut off on me midway of using it this morning. The light still works but the main benefit of it is the massage. It should last much longer than one month. Disappointed.
