I bought this walker after surgery, which required me to be partial weight bearing on my right lower extremity for several weeks. Due to unstable shoulders, I was recommended to try a walker, with arm supports to take of the stress off my shoulders. I initially bought an aluminum walker with wheels only in the front and added arm platforms, but found it to be difficult to maneuver from both the weight of the walker and how unstable it was with arm rests. I wish I had bought the Elenker Upright Rollator Walker from the start and highly recommend it if you are in need of a walker. Positives - Maneuverability and Sturdiness. I am pleasantly surprised at how sturdy the Elenker Upright Rollator Walker is for the price. It costs less than the clunky aluminum walker and arm platforms, that I only used for about a week. Given the weight and price, I wasn’t sure how stable this walker would be, where I can’t put full weight on my right lower extremity, but I find it be very supportive and allows me to have a more fluid gait than when I’m using crutches. I still need to have my other side operated on and this walker allows me to take some of the weight off that nonsurgical side too, which helps my overall pain. The brakes work very well and they lock, by pushing them forward, should you want to sit down on the seat. Another pleasant surprise for the Elenker walker is how quiet it is when using. My dog would avoid any room I was using the aluminum walker, due to the noise. My husband said it sounded like I was dragging a body around on the floor, it was that loud. - Easy to put together. I found the Elenker to be easy to put together. It took me less time to put the entire thing together than it took me to put the arm platforms on the aluminum walker. It only took me about 20 min to get together and I was able to do it by myself. - Cane holder. This walker also has a cane holder on the left side, which is a nice feature, if you use one. Negative I didn’t find the cup holder overly helpful, as my reusable water bottles and coffee travel mug are all too large to fit into it. I have only used this walker inside and can’t speak to how easy it is the fold up and put in a vehicle. In my particular case I can’t lift over 10#, so if a user has weight limitations this may be too heavy to manage alone. I would definitely recommend this walker for its quality and price point. Another positive of buying this walker is you can use a HSA account to pay for it.

Received earlier. My husband (who is to use it on bad days) assembled it very quickly. One little plug fell off because he did not push it well to click. My inspection and his testing around the neighborhood have been very positive. Just trying to find a strap of sort to keep from unfolding when carrying it in folded state with one hand. It is not a substitute for the own healthy body. Not everything can be done when fully relying on support devices. But we got what we wanted and very pleased so far.

My husband needed a walker / rollator. This looked to be the perfect one. It - rolls easy, very easy :-); allows you to stand tall and be comfortable with the arm rests; allows you to sit and be rolled when you can't walk anymore. Here's the negative - it is large and takes up a good amount of space in the back area of my SUV. It's somewhat heavier / or maybe just awkward based on how big it is and lifting in the SUV. I'm short, short - short. I can put it in my SUV, but it is a challenge.

I am 5'9" and I am able to balance my walking and falling. My back does not hurt and I walk upright not bent over. Highly recommend to anyone as you are able to adjust height.

I have severe chronic back issues. This walker is fabulous for me as it gives me more movement . The walker is high quality design and works great ! The seat is handy , folds easily. The 21 pounds is easy for my husband to lift in and out of the car. Perfect.

It’s good if you don’t put more pressure on one side. My dad walks with one weaker side so he puts more weight on the weak side and the walker wanted to close up (the part the moves to break it down) and he almost tipped over.
