  • Update
Color: Bright Black
Scooter seems sturdy and works well. It was easy to put together. The only thing I didn't like was the platform to put your leg on. It is too hard for my liking. I need to make a cushion for it. After using the scooter for a few days, the leg seat did soften up and is now quite comfortable. Guess it needed some 'kneeing' to break it in. It makes getting around so much easier. Highly recommend. ... show more

  • Don’t buy this if you’re going to need it more than two weeks.
Color: Bright Black
I bought this knee scooter quite some time ago and ended up not getting my surgery until a month ago. The front wheels just fall off and there is no way to tighten them enough to keep them on. I just have to remember to check it and tighten them down every day. Also the knee pad is worn out and tilts to one side allowing your knee to slide off. I’m very disappointed that I’m going to have to buy another one because this one isn’t going to last the three months I will need it. ... show more

  • Worth the spend $$$
Color: Bright Black
This a great scooter. Trust me…I have been using this every day for the last 4 months. Very sturdy and maneuvers extremely well. My only issue is that with my full weight on the scooter, the wheels do not easily go over any edges of area rugs. But once you get used to taking weight off the front handle bars, it is very easy. Depending on how long you need to use this, it will need to be cleaned, lubed and tightened. My thought was that you could rent one for $40/week or buy this for $100. Seemed like an easy decision. You will want a knee gel cushion of some kind. Thank you. It saved me! ... show more

  • It’s decent
Color: Bright Black
Pros: lightweight, easy to assemble, gets you where you need to be instead of using crutches, handle bar folds down for travel, adjustable height. Cons: squeaky, a little wobbly, hard knee rest (get a knee pad), the “lock” for the arm bar comes lose - it won’t cause the it to fall or be dangerous, another lower tightening screw comes loose. Both of these are noticeable to the user and can easily be adjusted. Break lock needs some strength. Now with that said - this scooter worked perfectly for the 6 weeks I used it and still looks new. Insurance was a hassle to get one covered and all others were $300+. I am happy with this scooter with the few accessories I added for comfort (knee pad & cup holder) I would purchase again if needed. ... show more

  • Okay quality, but potentially dangerous
Color: Bright Black
This is okay for the money, but it doesn’t roll or steer as smoothly as I would like. It doesn’t roll seem strong and I’m sure it will hold up well. Be careful though, when I trolled over the transition from hardwood to tile in my house the front wheels stopped dead and I flipped over the front. This was the day after surgery and I’m amazed I didn’t get hurt. I stopped using it after that. ... show more

  • Well made, wide stance, wide tires
Color: Bright Black
ELENKER Steerable Knee Walker Deluxe Medical Scooter First. GET THE DELUXE! I say this because I had a month of PT and this scooter put PT's to shame. Theirs was narrow and unstable. I said I'm not using that. 2 day shipping, I had it by next PT. This unit Has a wide wheel base with wider tires front and back. I tried to tip it, and it was very hard to do. I'm not saying you can't tip it over. Just saying it took a lot of effort to do so. The carry bag holds 2 large drink coolers. Only CON if it is a con. Had to adjust one brake to stop as good as the other. ... show more

  • Not Safe
Color: Bright Black
I don’t often write reviews and hate to do it when I have a negative one but preventing someone who already has an injury or is post surgery like myself from buying a piece of equipment that could cause them even more issues is important to me. I am non-weight-bearing for 12 weeks and am only four weeks into using this brand new scooter. The right brake has failed and the knee cushion is completely lopsided after using it for such a short period of time. I am 180 pounds and well within the weight limits. I do not abuse the scooter and it is used primarily indoors. I’m disappointed as this needed to last 8 more weeks. ... show more
