I purchased this hoping it would add a little bit of cushion to my aging mattress. It did. And surprisingly it does help keep me cool at night. We’ve had a really hot summer (last week the high temp for the year was 121 degrees!!!!) so many days off near 110 degrees or higher and normally I would just leave the air conditioner on all night, but I didn’t have to do that since I got this pad. I am happy that I don’t wake up soaking wet and don’t have to waste electricity to run the a/c 24 hrs a day. And even though it’s not very thick it relieves the pressure points I was having pain in in the morning when I woke up. It’s not too bulky but has enough filling to make my mattress comfy again. It fit my mattress perfectly which doesn’t always happen with mattress pads or sheets but this one fits like a glove and has stayed put with absolutely no shifting . I sleep pretty restlessly so having a cover that stays where it’s supposed to is a big deal. I’d recommend this to anyone. It’s was a great purchase

The mattress pad was soft but not too soft. I have R.A. and when I wake up I'm no longer stiff in my whole body. It made a huge difference in the bed I'm sleeping on right now. My bed feels like a brand new bed and all 5 of my children pile up in my bed and fall asleep so quickly. It has kept me cool throughout the night and I live in Texas where it always hot lol. I hate getting out of bed once I'm in there now...what a lovely difference this mattress pad has made in my life.

I know people complain about thickness. Just buy the thicker version if you are a stickler. But hold your horses and give it a night. I want to try the thicker model, but the slimmer one works good. My bed actually is comfy with this product.

Nice padded all around with extra padding in the center for additional comfort. It felt amazing after sleeping on it for 2 weeks plus with the end of summer heat and humidity, I don't wake up hot and uncomfortable, my back and shoulders has less aches and pains after using this.
