I'm surprised how much faster I fall asleep and stay asleep with this topper. It's definitely soft but not so soft you sink into it. The fabric is breathable and comfy. I use a sleep Tracking app and my time to fall asleep has been cut in half. Quality is up too surprisingly. If you're looking to buy a replacement mattress try this topper out it's definitely a win for me.

Definitely was 4 inches .Fluffed up the white topper in the dryer 10 minutes came up 2 inches n foam was 2 inches. Not impressed with foam. One could buy a thick foam the size need n thickness and just but the top layer. Much cheaper. However, had a great sleep. Didn't see anything great on the cooling of sleep.

I can say this has saved me from buying a new mattress. I have a good one, but my back was always sore. I love the feel and softness. I am a hot sleeper so that so far is my only complaint. The bamboo cover is supposed to help, but I can’t say it does. Overall though great purchase and would definitely recommend.

This is very comfortable! I can easily fall asleep when I want to but just relaxing on this knocked me out. Only reason it’s not a 5 out of 5 is because it does move kind of a lot when getting out of bed. Other than that worth the money!

I use this for my queen sized, pull out couch to add softness and better support to the mattress. It seems to do just that which is great! My guests said it felt very good and they slept very well on it. I agree with others who have written it's not really a 4 inch total height. But since I'm using it with an already decent mattress underneath, it didn't really matter. I would say it's about 3 inches including the topper. What mattered most to me was comfort and firmness which it has. The only drawback, at least at this time that I can see, is storage. Since I can't store it in the pull out couch, I am instead "storing it" on a queen size guest bed that I have. Not a big inconvenience. I just didn't want to fold it up and risk damaging it. I would definitely recommend it.
