Bought this vehicle for my twins’s 1st birthday- hands down our favorite purchase so far. We love going on walks and playing with all the features. My boys are huge into “honking the horn,” and playing with the music this vehicle has to offer. With the boys being so young we use solely use the remote- unfortunately one of the boys decided recently to throw the remote in the laundry hamper and it got a trip through the washing machine. Crazy enough everything still works, there is just a delay in the remote response. I contacted ELEMARA via email to purchase a new remote and they responded that they are sending one for free! Not only was I really happy with their customer service but their timely response was wonderful- all resolved within 24hours! Great company to buy from, great product- my twins absolutely love their car!

I purchased this car as a gift for my toddler for his birthday last year. It's very durable and rides steadily even on grass. I wasn't expecting the speed to be so fast until it was going downhill so the remote is super helpful to have!! It fits my 3 and 6 year old comfortably (combined weight about 82lbs). After putting it away for storage, I realized I couldn't find the remote so I reached out to customer service. Fully expecting to purchase it as it was my fault the remote was lost and not a manufacturing issue, I was pleasantly surprised that Elemara not only replied in less than 24 hours but offered to send a replacement remote at no charge! The remote was shipped by the next day. Great buy and the care they have for their customers is refreshing given how many companies would not do something like this especially a full year later. Definitely would buy from Elemara again!

As the title says. Barely deserves 1 star. Bought this as the 1 big Xmas present for my kids. It took a long time to arrive, but it made it before Xmas. Fine, let's put it together. Assembly was a nightmare. A complete, absolute nightmare. Nothing fits. Holes and parts were misaligned. Some parts were too long to even fit in the car. I've build virtually every furniture and toy in our house, and has never built something this bad. I asked my handy father for help, and he said he's never built anything this bad in his 65 years of DIY life. There was a lot of cursing, and he threatened to take out his chain saw. Told him to hold off. On top of that, the car we got was defective: The horn doesn't work. It was missing the wire connection from the steering wheel side. Anyone with toddlers knows that's a major deal breaker. So now it's December 23rd and I'm on the phone with customer service. I told them I needed a replacement. They tell me there's no replacement parts. I told them I'm not looking for replacement part, I'm looking for replacement car. I got a defective car, I need a new one. This damn thing has already ruined Xmas as I have no working gift now for the big day. They told me, they don't do that. There's no replacement. I didn't understand why they couldn't replace it, when I can literally just buy another one from Amazon. The answer they finally gave me was, "because the price has increased". The only option was to disassemble this nightmare, return this thing for a full refund, and then purchase a new one. Yes, you read that correctly: they would not replace their defective product, and was making me pay MORE to get a new one. I was furious. I felt so cheated, this was almost like fraud. For the first time in my life, I asked to speak with supervisor. Then I asked for another one. Then a third one. I asked until someone can understand that they've ruined Xmas and cheated me out of couple hundred bucks. Finally, they gave me a full refund. Xmas was still going to be ruined, but at least now that we didn't have to pay for this dumb defective thing. My father took the whole thing apart, brought out his arsenal of tools to rebuild the entire electrical system, even took out the chain saw to fix the parts that didn't fit, and saved Xmas for his grandkids. So, buy this if you want to rebuild the entire car on Xmas Eve. Zero stars. Negative stars.
