We have a ride-on jeep before and still work well. But as kids grow, they can’t sit inside easily because of the limited space. So, I looked for an ATV that has a large space to ride on. This ATV is well packed in a big box. I can see most parts and the 4 wheels in the box. But some small accessories and instructions are stored under the seat. (I was looking for them for a while at the beginning). The instruction looks easy to follow. Some accessories (nuts & washers) are already pre-installed. I have spent some time to figure out how to install the front wheel parts, the rest are very easy to assemble.So, three points for installation. First, make sure the spring sleeves are placed down for suspension. Second, make sure that the two-gear boxes are in the correct direction. Third, make sure to use two wrenches on each side at the same time when tightening the rear wheel. ALL set! Press the power button, the sound and front light on, but the ATV will not be ready until I press the forward or backward button. Must apply those buttons each time to start. Like this safe design that does not just apply the pedal to start. Although it is not hard to control after practicing but still need to keep my eyes on the kids. The speed only works under the forward model. First press with one beep, second press with double beep. But I don’t feel much difference between the two speeds. Mostly the speed is how hard we apply the pedal. So, it is a little bit hard for young kids to apply well on the pedal to control the speed. Make sure to press the power button to turn off the ATV, if not the ATV and front light will always be on until the battery runs out. BTW, I am 5.7” tall and weigh 125lb. When I ride on the ATV, I can feel the seat is not strong enough for my weight, but the speed is ok, and the ATV still can move smoothly. The ATV seems to be made of dural material and the wheels are very solid. If I don't start the ATV, it is a little bit hard to move it. I try to lift it up and it is not as heavy as it looks. The control panel is easy to read. Love its Bluetooth function because it can connect to use as a loudspeaker! Long press the FM button, radio searches automatically but must press the other button one time to set down the channel, if not it will keep searching. Then using the volume control button to change the radio channel. I also like the power display that can clearly see the battery power to know when to charge. Anyway, the ATV works well so far, and we have lots of fun.

As the title says. Barely deserves 1 star. Bought this as the 1 big Xmas present for my kids. It took a long time to arrive, but it made it before Xmas. Fine, let's put it together. Assembly was a nightmare. A complete, absolute nightmare. Nothing fits. Holes and parts were misaligned. Some parts were too long to even fit in the car. I've build virtually every furniture and toy in our house, and has never built something this bad. I asked my handy father for help, and he said he's never built anything this bad in his 65 years of DIY life. There was a lot of cursing, and he threatened to take out his chain saw. Told him to hold off. On top of that, the car we got was defective: The horn doesn't work. It was missing the wire connection from the steering wheel side. Anyone with toddlers knows that's a major deal breaker. So now it's December 23rd and I'm on the phone with customer service. I told them I needed a replacement. They tell me there's no replacement parts. I told them I'm not looking for replacement part, I'm looking for replacement car. I got a defective car, I need a new one. This damn thing has already ruined Xmas as I have no working gift now for the big day. They told me, they don't do that. There's no replacement. I didn't understand why they couldn't replace it, when I can literally just buy another one from Amazon. The answer they finally gave me was, "because the price has increased". The only option was to disassemble this nightmare, return this thing for a full refund, and then purchase a new one. Yes, you read that correctly: they would not replace their defective product, and was making me pay MORE to get a new one. I was furious. I felt so cheated, this was almost like fraud. For the first time in my life, I asked to speak with supervisor. Then I asked for another one. Then a third one. I asked until someone can understand that they've ruined Xmas and cheated me out of couple hundred bucks. Finally, they gave me a full refund. Xmas was still going to be ruined, but at least now that we didn't have to pay for this dumb defective thing. My father took the whole thing apart, brought out his arsenal of tools to rebuild the entire electrical system, even took out the chain saw to fix the parts that didn't fit, and saved Xmas for his grandkids. So, buy this if you want to rebuild the entire car on Xmas Eve. Zero stars. Negative stars.

Warning- the instructions are terrible! Look up the youtube video of assembly instead. The instructions leave out several details that you cannot move beyond until you have. I put it together with my 8 yr old in 30 mins once I had the right info. Its cute, not as big as I would have thought when reading the ages and the voltage/etc. it doesnt go very fast, so maybe better for kids 6/under. He thinks its too slow, so we will see how long we keep it.
