A little over two years ago, when moving into a new home, I had to replace some of the outlets so that I could charge my phone in various rooms. I put one of these in my bathroom, and it still works great! However, and I don’t know why I did this, I used a couple from a different company in the bedroom. The outlet on my side of the bed has already failed, so I made sure to replace it with this brand.

Super easily to install. I have 12 gauge wires throughout my home. I bought the 15amp version of this. I could go with the 20 amp, but no need to and 15 amp outlets work on 20 amp circuits so no worries there.

When I got these, I was very impressed with the build quality. We installed them and tried them with several different USB cords and they work great! Then came a major problem. We tried plugging in a standard polarized plug. Good luck. They don’t fit. These things are a dud. I regret this purchase. UPDATE…. Immediately, after this review went live, the vendor contacted me and offered a full refund for these plugs. I’m still not happy with the plugs, but the customer service is superb! As such, I’m changing my ratings. I don’t mind if things don’t work, especially if customer service like this exists!

I've owned these for two years and found that they worked well. But one of the outlets failed recently so I re-purchased them. I'm not sure why it failed, but I thought a product like this should last longer than two years.
