This PLA filament has been great to work with! It feeds smoothly, prints consistently, and produces clean, detailed prints. I’ve had good adhesion and very few issues with stringing or failed prints. The colors come out vibrant and the finished pieces have a nice, smooth appearance. I’ve used it for both small detailed prints and larger projects, and it has performed really well. Overall, this is a reliable PLA filament that I would definitely recommend for everyday 3D printing.

Probably my favorite color so far, the metallic brown. I got this color because I wanted to make more wall art in my house. The color is beautiful and very accurate to what was in the product page. My house has a boho theme and this color blended very well with the current decor. We printed with it on our Bambu Lab printer, and it performed great right out of the package. No stringing, clogs, or feeding issues. We used it to print several detailed picture frames, and every print came out clean with excellent detail and a smooth finish. So far, it's also very durable. I've dropped my frames so many times, worried that the frame was going to break, but it is still strong! The value is excellent for the price. After printing four detail-heavy frames, I still have plenty of filament left on the spool. If you're looking for a beautiful metallic brown filament for home decor projects, wall art, or decorative prints, I highly recommend this one.

Good variety of colors and prints well I bought this PLA filament mainly for 3D printing projects that require different colors. So far, it has printed well on my Bambu Lab printer without any major issues. The colors are nice and the filament has been easy to work with. I also like having several colors available instead of buying individual rolls. I tested it on a few different prints, including models with smaller details, and the results came out clean. Overall, I’m happy with the quality and variety of colors. I would buy it again if I need more colors for future projects.

I rarely stray from my usual brand (Sunlu) of filament, but I was looking for a metallic bronze color, and this brand (EleGoo) had exactly what I was looking for. It looks like it is wound correctly the whole way through but only time will tell. It is working great in my AD5X and Creator 5 printers. I love the color and would consider buying more from this company.

Very high quality filament! It looks exactly as picture and it prints very smoothly on my printer. It does get brittle if you let it collect too much moisture after a while, but you can easily fix that issue by drying it. I had 0 clogging issues, and the diameter was just right. I highly recommend this product.

UPDATED on 5/31/2026 After leaving this review the company reached out to me to get more information on the filament and its poorly wound reels. After sending them photos and explaining the issue, they apologized and made the issue right. The new spools are not experiencing the issue, so I'm hoping they have done some quality control and corrected this issue going forward. Will purchase the filament again. ------------------------------------- Original Review: Does this print good? - Yes. Is it cheap? - Yes. When its not snagging and is feeding correctly, the prints come out good, especially for being a cheaper filament. That's about where it ends. I was 12 hours into a 18 hour print when the spool (That is HORRIBLY wound, and NOT tangle-free) got jammed up on itself. It caused my entire print to have to be scrapped but also caused my (Non-Auto leveling printer) Z axis to get completely out of align because the tension was so tight because the filament just kept being pulled, it continued to try to print so there was about a 4" gap where it ended and where it was still trying to print. So not only do I need to start this print over, I wasted 12 hours worth of filament, AND spent the last hour re-leveling my bed from the point as if it was a brand new machine. I have one more spool of this, and I will never buy it again. I bought 2 of these (So 4 spools) and every single one of them were poorly wound however they usually corrected themselves. This one was the worst of them all and did not correct itself.

New Review changing my two stars to five stars: I had issues with this filament in multiple machines. After writing my review, which I will leave at the end of this, I received an email from Elegoo asking for amplifying information. I had no problem with this, and I send them pictures of the filament, the measurements, and the issues that resulted. Elegoo not only sent me four replacement roles of PLA, but they also reached out after to ensure the new roles were to my liking. I never responded, because I thought they most likely saved the better roles that have much tighter quality standards for situations like this. I used three of the four roles and had no problems with my prints. The last role, I took apart and measured the diameter every 100mm and put it into an excel sheet to see if their product does indeed fall into the 1.75 +-0.02 range. It was right on the money with an average of 1.75mm and a standard deviation of less that 0.01. As excited as I was, I still had a lingering feeling, so I hoped on Amazon and orders two different batches and colors of Elegoo PLA. When those showed up, I measured the first 5m using the same technique and used the rest for printing. I had great prints, and the measurements were once again dead on with an average of 1.75mm and a standard deviation of less that 0.01mm. For all of those data points to land almost within a 4-sigma deviation, Elegoo must have very good quality control. I have changed my review from two stars to five stars for Elegoo's proactive customer service and for their product. I am highly impressed with their desire to make it right and for putting quality products out there to begin with. They have a life-long customer now. ***Old review with very little data: This filament clogged my nozzle every other print on my Bambu X1C. Measuring the filament, it isn't very consistent. It ranges from 1.71mm to 1.76mm with lumps throughout one of the spools. I thought I scored a great deal at only $12/spool, but you get what you pay for and in this case, I got bad filament.
