This is the most disappointing purchase I have ever made via Amazon, and that is saying a lot. I liked the blanket when first received, seemed very nice. But one wash caused the blanket to shed immensely, well beyond the point of usability. I have washed and dried it 5 times, and the blanket shows no sign of letting up on the shedding. Bespolitan should be ashamed of themselves for selling this product! See the attached photo of my patio, where my washer and dryer are located. This is a great blanket and its soft even after washing. Its not too thin and not too thick. It's warm and it makes you feel all cozy wrapped up in it. My ONLY complaint is that I ordered the orange color and was expecting a pumpkin type of shade but it ended up being brighter like tangerine. The only thing I didn't like was that if you put two together to make up with the bedding, they don't stay that way. So, I use them separately on top of everything else. Do not buy this! Incredibly skimpy, truly believed I ordered or received the wrong size, but no. This King/Cal King blanket though soft and lightweight might be perfect for a Full, possibly adequate for a Queen. It hangs over about 2-3 inches on the sides at best. I bought this in a California King size to use as a throw cover for my recliner where I practically live. It's soft, huge enough to cover a La-Z-Boy recliner, and very easy to put back into place when it moves around. It's not hot on ultra hot days (maybe that's because of my a/c), but when it gets cool at night, I can put the excess on me, and warm up fast. It washes well and releases coffee stains (my nemesis) very well. It is elegant and comfortable, just as it claimed to be, and it matches my living room which is cream color and green, perfectly. I thought this would be a nice reddish orange, but it is basically fluorescent orange. I haven't checked it under a black light, but it is VERY bright. I just keep it out of sight.

I bought this June 2014. It's a mess. Globs of the fabric leave a mess everywhere. I have never seen such a mess in the washer, in the dryer. Shows up all over the house.
