For as inexpensive as it is it was a great purchase. Install was a bit confusing at first, but there are some good YouTube videos out there to help out. Everything works as advertised and it’s going strong so far. The butt warmer is nice in the winter.

I read the instructions, and on page 3, they immediately informed me that "this product is dedicated to AC220V, 50Z power supply." This made me believe it was suitable for Europe but not the United States. The odd thing, however, is that it had a power plug that would plug into a US electrical outlet. So I went to a large home-improvement store to get a transformer and to try to get some adapters for my 3-way valve that would fit a 3/8" water valve. When I determined that the plastic fitting for the tubing was in metric units, I assumed that the entire kit was designed for Europe. I abandoned the installation, returned the original toilet seat to its rightful place, and returned this bidet to the box. When I sat down to do this review, I noticed on the inside of the front cover of the instructions that this device is marked as AC 110V 60 HZ. It is suitable for the US, which solves my primary concern. I then looked at the description online and noticed that they were describing the valve as 7/8". This is a US size, and it's the size that usually attaches to the toilet. A quick trip to my garage confirmed that both ends of the three-way valve are 7/8”. So, if you want to install this project efficiently in the United States, forget how the instructions tried to get you to attach this system to the water valve. The secret is to attach one end of the three-way valve to the bottom of your toilet and the other to your water supply line. Then you can use the metric connection for the tubing to supply water to your bidet system without an issue. I'm deducting a star because I wasted most of my afternoon chasing down information that should have been clearly stated in the instructions.

This toilet seat cover is a life changing experience. It makes an ordinary every day (multiple times a day) task become a luxury experience. After traveling to Japan and experiencing these bidet toilet seats everywhere I knew I had to take one and this one is perfect fort me. I just want to order one for everyone as a gift so they too can experience this wonderful joy. I feel like as a woman we are always sitting down so this is an extra special thing to have, especially during that time of the month. The seat was easy to install and hookup. It took no more than 5 minutes. It was working and functioning as soon as the water was hooked up and it was plugged into the power outlet. It fit the toilet seat perfectly. And it is the perfect size for my bum. The seat will hold up over time. I like that on closing the toilet seat gently shuts rather than slamming down. The only thing that is confusing is the WiFi symbol that appears when on. I’m not sure where that goes to or what it is for. There is no leakage. I like that the nozzle is sanitary for each use. I can turn on and off the device using the attached remote. I do like that the remote is just at the side. I dont have to worry about losing it. The instructions are very clear on what each button is for. I like sitting and testing each function myself to see what is what and if I like it. I do appreciate that when I power it back on before use, the seat heats up quickly in less than a minute. I do not always need to leave the toilet powered on. I also like the temperature. I like warm / hot leaning and it does just that. This is a great investment for something I have to do everyday.

I am about as old as the Rocky Mountains and if someone had said someday there would be an electrically powered toilet seat with a brain, I would have laughed for days. Well, here is one. A combination toilet seat with a bidet powered by a 110V/60Hz grounded AC power cord 3.5 feet long with an AI (“smart”) control system loaded with options. The bidet line to the house water shutoff valve is 3 feet. This means that both your water source and electrical outlet must be about 3 feet away (as the crow flies – straight line). The impressive control panel is on the right side (as you sit) and needs a minimum of 4 inches clearance between the edge of the toilet rim and a wall, sink cabinet or shower enclosure. This product is exactly as advertised and that is important. We have 3 toilets in the house. Only one has an electrical outlet within 3 feet of the toilet and it is the least used one. Before I can install this seat, I need to run an electrical line from the master bedroom sink outlet 8 feet (inside the cabinet) to the end of the cabinet near the toilet before I can install this unit – sorry no pics of a completed job. INSTALLATION: --- Easy if the conditions above are satisfied and the instructions are followed. --- I recommend carefully reading the comprehensive Product Manual AND watching the videos on the product webpage – very helpful. NOTE: There are two versions of this unit: 110V and 220V. The Product Manual Specifications indicated a 110V version BUT the manual ONLY indicates a “dedicated 220V” power source and other 220V references. Also, other manual information is based on “European” specifications – such as water pressure minimum and limitations and other dimensions. This unit fits our USA-made, standard, long bowl toilets. WARNINGS: There is a large warning sticker on the underside of the lid (see pic) --- I recommend leaving it there and reading it carefully. The Product Manual also has a full page of warnings. --- THIS IS AN ELECTRICAL DEVICE THAT IS 110v AND 1300w WHICH HAS BOTH AN INTERNAL WATER SYSTEM PLUS TOILET WATER TANK/BOWL PLUS NEARBY WATER (SHOWER, SINK, USER) PLUS CLEANING. IT IS NOT WATERPROOF – rated IPx4. --- IPx4 = x means it is not dust or particle proof. 4 means that it will resist splashes but not water sprays, jets of water or immersion in water. --- The 1300w rating is for the instant water heating, instant seat heating, instant fan/drying heating, bowl light, and control system. --- UNPLUG THE SEAT BEFORE CLEANING. CONCERNS: --- While the unit has a CHILD button, there is no guarantee a child (or mentally challenged adult) would press it. Also, there is no way to lock the unit into CHILD mode. The CHILD function locks the spray intensity and temperature to the moderate level. I am concerned that kids will want to play with all the features – irresistible – including water spray force and temperature and fan speed and temperature and seat temperature.
