This wheelchair is extremely well built, sturdy, and looks great! I needed it for 6 weeks after a surgery, and it was shipped to me within 5 days, whereas Medicare would have taken a couple weeks. The back and seat cushions are very soft and comfortable and the foot rests are easily adjustable with a pneumatic device. The back reclines (which I needed due to a waist to knee brace that was locked at 30° flexion). The wheelchair came with one foot rest that got damaged with lots of holes in the shipping box, but they were quick to replace that as well as the back cushion, that had some scrapes to it. Shipping was a little rough on it and I suggested they bubble wrap the footrests rather than use the cloth bags. The chair moves easily through my home and is very maneuverable. It is built heavy, but is most appropriate for somebody under 6 ft. I am 5 ft 6 in. My surgeon was impressed with it and the low price when I showed him a photo of what I had ordered. Their service is commendable!!

Very small seat. If you need to return you'll have to ship it on your own. Sharp edges will cut into your skin. No happy with this chair.

This scooter was the answer to my Mom's mobility issues. She loves to travel and go places with us but her physical limitations kept her from attending events and things she wanted too unless we were able to rent a scooter. The scooter is well made and is easily loaded into the vehicle without removing the battery, seat, etc. if you have two people to load/unload. When my mom is going places solo, she is able to remove the battery, seat and load/unload it herself. We have taken this scooter to Gulf Shores, Tennessee, zoos...lots of places...and not once had trouble with the battery dieing or anything. The battery stays charged for long periods of time. It is easy to drive and she feels safe from flipping over even when going up steeper terrain or around tight curves. Highly recommend!! It has been a game changer for my Mom!

The first one of these I received had been crunched by Fedex and was unusable. Verpal’s phone answering is not the best but, per text and Email, they agreed to refund my money, and I bought another chair. This one arrived in good shape. Assembly was straightforward and easy. My petite centenarian mother is becoming accustomed to it and is very happy with it. I have ridden around in it quite a bit, my weight being more than twice hers, and it feels solid and comfortable and, if anything, a little fast. At this point, I am happy with their response to the damaged unit, which was Fedex’s fault and not Verpal’s. If the chair’s durability matches its solid construction, simple partial assembly, and maneuverability, this is a very nice wheelchair.
