⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Fantastic Electric Wheelchair! I’m so glad I chose the JUSTHERO Electric Wheelchair. With so many options on the market, this one stood out for its price, style, and smart design—and it has absolutely exceeded my expectations. First, it’s incredibly lightweight and the one-touch folding is a game changer. I can get it in and out of the car with no hassle, and the fact that it’s airline approved gives me so much freedom for future travel. The seat and backrest are very comfortable, and the wheelchair is so easy to use. The speed is impressive—fast when I want it, smooth, and very quiet. I also love the fold-up footrest, which makes getting on and off simple and safe. One of my favorite features is the plug-in flashlight—perfect for late night walks with my husband and our dogs. A huge bonus for me was the customer service. My representative Anna actually texted me personally to check in and make sure I loved the product. 5-Star Update: Even Better Than I Expected A Lightweight Workhorse — Exceeded Every Expectation I’ve now had the JustHero travel wheelchair for a while, and it has officially become my everyday chair. What surprised me the most is how confidently it handles my 260-lb weight without any issues. I use it for everything—from work, to errands, to shopping—and it has performed flawlessly in every situation. I originally bought this chair strictly for travel because of its light weight, but it quickly replaced my more expensive 67-lb chair, which has been sitting in the garage ever since. The JustHero is so easy to lift, load, and maneuver that it’s simply the chair I reach for every single day. I’ll admit, at first I was hesitant because the price was much lower than comparable models. But the quality has been outstanding—solid, dependable, and surprisingly durable. It has held up far beyond what I expected at this price point. One thing that really impressed me was the customer service. A few days after delivery, a company representative (Anna) reached out personally to make sure everything was going well. I am very happy with the chair. At 36 pounds, I can fold it and pick it up and place in my car trunk. It is comfortable, very maneuverable and easy to use. Well made with good power and speed control. I purchased extra battery for extra assurance, but the battery pack has plenty of long running capacity. Well worth the cost.

Writing on behalf of my Mom. This wheelchair is excellent. Easy to maneuver, sturdy yet portable (folds down) and the charge lasts a long time. Our customer service rep, Anna, was also EXCELLENT ! She reached out, unrequested, several times asking if there were any issues (there were NONE) and offered help if anything came up. The transaction didn’t end with a ‘tap’ on the buy button from Amazon. They genuinely care about their product and the customers that buy from them. This is the company you want to buy from !

Item was as described, but was too small for my dad, so I had to return. Description says it supports 350 pounds but due to size of the chair, I doubt anyone of that weight could comfortably sit in this chair. Otherwise, very nice, well-built chair.

This is a great chair! It is ready to go out of the box. So lightweight and easy to load. Folds and unfolds in seconds. Easy to maneuver even in small spaces. I had a question that was answered quickly by customer service. Highly recommend!

The chair came very quick in a sturdy box with easy unpacking and set up instructions. My husband reports the chair is comfortable and easy to control. The seller contacted us to ensure the chair arrived and to answer any questions we might have.
