This was delayed for a week past original delivery date. Then when I finally received it, the wheelchair would not charge thru either charging port. Said to charge for 8 hours for full charge and one the 8 hours was completed still not charged. Changed charging ports and charged for another 8 hours, still nothing. Then charged for another full 24 hours and still nothing. Then trying to return for refund has been a NIGHTMARE. Been trying for 5 days and still no resolution nor have I been provided a shipping label after contacting seller as advised by Amazon. Seller said Amazon has to provide the return label. I contacted Amazon and they said I had to contact seller. After I explained I had already done this, now Amazon is contacting seller on my behalf. So we will see, I’m skeptical at this point. And FRUSTRATED beyond belief. I guess more waiting to see what happens. I would give 0 stars if I could. BUY THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I am learning to use it but it's difficult to steer and going down a ramp and turning is almost impossible because it doesn't respond to turning. It's good for straight paths. Maybe more battery power would help. Too late to return it

Product is not as described. The chair looks like it’s made for a child. It is extremely slow and actually weighs closer to 80lbs. Do not purchase this thing! I feel bamboozled purchasing after reading the description thinking it will allow me to get out more: they just took my money and scammed me!
