This is a quality, sturdy and stable product. We bought it for my wife, who has long term back issues, to use especially at DisneyWorld where we visit often. She has been practicing in our neighborhood as she has never used a joy-stick controller. It is simple to use and she has adapted quickly and easily. The controller is very responsive. We had several questions regarding battery charging and usage following quick delivery. Anna from JUSTHERO was our customer service representative. I was looking for a wheelchair with dual batteries, which provides peace of mind so I am not running out of juice as I use it. I had an Inuovo chair for over 3 years that served me well at festivals, concerts, ball games, and on domestic and international travel. It got pretty beat up over time so I looked for a new one and found this one. It’s got pneumatic tires on the rear wheels which are larger and provide comfort and maneuverability on funky surfaces. That’s just one of the improvements over my old chair. Check out the specs on the listing and you will see that this is a lightweight foldable chair that may very well fit your needs. Amazingly, it was less than half the price of my original chair! Additionally, I would like to say a word about the seller. When the chair first arrived, one of the batteries did not seat correctly in the slot and couldn’t power the chair. I emailed the seller and got great service from Anna, their representative. She sent me a new battery and also threw in a seat cushion and accessory bag that straps on to one armrest, convenient for carrying a phone or drink or whatever. Her quick response and excellent communication skills were beyond expectations. I could not be happier that I made this purchase!

I received this in December and was sent a used chair in error. I contacted the company and was offered a partial refund for the error. I cannot find a thing wrong with this fantastic power chair. It does everything it claims it will do. It is so much easier to haul around vs a scooter. At 36 lbs it just folds up and you can slide it over a blanket into the back of your car. I brought it on a plane trip cross country. There was no problem going through tsa ( they let me stay in the chair for the most part, only having to stand once). I rode in it all the way to the entry to the plane and it was waiting for me right outside the plane door when we landed. Tsa stresses the batteries must be marked spillable or nonspillable. These batteries are not marked like this but there were no problems whatsoever at any point. The seat is quite comfortable with no need for additional cushions. The only thing you might need for this chair is a bag to attach to the back to carry extra stuff. I might add a cup holder and maybe a cane holder. This chair is phenominal!

Wow I was pleasantly surprised by the sturdiness of the wheelchair. It has an awesome turning radius and really easy to fold and store in my trunk of my SUV. I haven’t used it much yet so can’t speak to the battery life. Note: I thought they didn’t send me a charger but it was in the zipper compartment of the wheelchair. So look there.

This is the first electric wheelchair for my husband. We love this chair! It is a little heavy for me, but it's do-able. My husband is 6'2", and weighs 250, and it fits him well. He had a stroke. So the stick is not easy for him, but I help him. I wish it wasn't water-challenged. But all electric wheelchairs are. So on rainy days we use the manual chair. This wheelchair folds and unfolds easily. Get the 2 battery chair just because. I bought a second battery a couple weeks later just for convenience. The battery lasts a long time. The instructions don't explain things as clearly as I'd like, but this made me think out of the box, coming to my own conclusions. There aren't any brakes. All you do is let go of the stick and it stops! The foot rest is easily lifted up and inside to move out of the way so you can get out or make a very tight corner. It's very quiet. It's very "back friendly" and comfy. I love this chair. I'm very happy!!!
