We purchased the Traingiver Electric Wheelchair for my father-in-law, and he absolutely loves it. It’s very comfortable and fits him perfectly. One of our biggest concerns was finding an electric wheelchair that my 80-year-old father-in-law could easily lift in and out of the back of their van, and this one checks that box. The wheelchair seems well made and sturdy, yet lightweight and foldable. It’s easy to operate, turns on a dime, and the joystick is very user-friendly. The chair is surprisingly quick too! Steering does take a little getting used to at first, but after the first day, it felt completely natural. Overall, this wheelchair has been a perfect fit for our needs. It’s practical, comfortable, easy to transport, and a great value for the price. We’re very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. First of all, there is basically NO assembly needed for this chair. The only thing that needed ‘assembly’ was simply sliding in the controller under the armrest and plugging in the power which took less than a minute. From the box to using the chair took less than 10 minutes😱, but the battery pack did need to be charged fully, so that did take a few hours. Weight: The manufacturer claims that the electric wheelchair weighs only 38 LB and folds in 3 seconds, which is true. However , if you carry it incorrectly, it will feel significantly more heavy. I love the simplicity of the wheelchair, my 11 year old son can fold this chair up. Range: The manufacturer claims a range of 18-miles with 5 adjustable speed levels. I haven't used it for 18 miles, but we did enjoy over 5 hours at Mall of America with no issues. The motor(2 x 250watts totaling 500watts) is strong enough to propel the chair very fast. Comfort: The chair padding and rubber wheels make this chair very comfortable for all day use. Design: I love that the manufacturer used carbon fiber and didn't paint it. The chair looks very clean and ergonomic. There is carbon fiber all over, this looks fantastic and is a big weight savings. Operation: Using the chair is very easy. There are only a few buttons, so nothing confusing. Just a power button, speed selection, audio settings, and the joystick to control your direction. In the event you need help, here is an ‘SOS’ button which plays a message “Please help”, this is cool. The manufacturer has covered all the necessary features and options without going overboard and making the powered wheelchair complicated. This is a simple and well designed wheelchair which accommodates your necessities without becoming overly complicated. It's so simple to operate that a 11 year old kid could do it. This is a fantastic powered wheelchair…I love It.

The Traingiver electric wheelchair came fully assembled only requiring the controls to be hand tightened onto one of the arm rests. The battery charged in an acceptable amount of time and easily installs under the chair in a quick release slot. The chair folds and unfolds with the release of a single lever. It feels well built with quality construction. It climbs the driveway grade with ease and the braking is strong and effective. Customer service caught an error with the order before I realized there was one. The wrong battery charger was sent with the chair so the correct one was sent and it arrived before the chair did. Overall I am happy with this chair and would recommend it to others.

I have had this wheelchair for two days. I day one I left home with a fully charged battery to go to a restaurant that was about 7 blocks away. I ate lunch with the chair turned off and then returned home. Total distance: 14 blocks. By the time I got home, I only had one green power dot left on the indicator on the control. This wheelchair control does not have orange dots. When you reach the red dot the chair quits working, so one green dot left is running near empty. Therefore, the travel distance is really less than 1.5 miles. It takes more than 12 hours to charge. It is very slow. On flat ground it runs fast enough to keep up with people walking. It really bogs down on any slope. i have run it on slopes up to 3 percent. It might handle a degree or two more, but don't expect it to handle more than a 5 degree slope. The foot rest cannot be removed. It flips up towards the seat but does not fully tuck out of the way. Therefore your legs end up laying on metal bands of the footrest which is uncomfortable and makes putting a foot down on the ground difficult. Finally, the seat is slanted to one side, so i was constantly sliding to one side of the chair. A buyer really should not rely on this chair as their primary chair. It may meet the needs as a backup or transport chair. Overall, I was extremely disappointed in this wheelchair.
