The joystick is too touchy and is hard to control. You barely touch it and it jumps all over. I bought this for my 83 yr old father with one leg in hopes to give him a little more freedom and all it did was hurt him. He has cuts all over his leg from ramming into doorways and tables.     • No joy joystick
The joystick control is very bad. First, regardless of speed chosen (1-5) all steering movements are the same. They do not respond proportionally. This means making a slow turn into a narrow space - for example a doorway- dangerous if not impossible. Second, trying to move at a very low speed is nearly impossible. Any movement of the joystick causes an immediate and fast response. This leads to a lot of dangerous over correction. Unless this is just a faulty joystick I would not recommend getting this chair. ... show more

This chair has given me my independence back! It's so easy to control and incredibly comfortable. The battery life is amazing - I use it all week for errands without worrying about a charge. Folds up easily and fits in my car trunk. Best purchase I've made!

It's not 33lbs as advertised. Very misleading. I lift my own wheelchair in and out the car and across body into passenger seat, so I know weight on items andbthis isn't even close to 33lbs. The box even says 58lbs and wasn't 25lbs of xtra weight/accessories. Probably 10 counting box. The bar to close wheelchair bends and doesn't always latch properly, and that can cause you to land on floor. I'm 100% wheelchair bound so not good. Safety issues, weight, and color doesn't match picture. So misleading and false advertising/information. ... show more
