MJ and Anna have been very helpful and responsive whenever I had questions, especially when I was trying to figure out the requirements for traveling by airplane with the wheelchair and its battery. Anna even provided the UN38.3 battery documentation that we needed for our upcoming international trip. The wheelchair is lightweight, foldable, and easy to manage, which is especially important for us. I also really appreciate that the seller followed up to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Overall, we are very pleased with the wheelchair and the support we received from the seller. Chair seems easy to use and stays charged. It is compact enough to move through doorways, and my dad is able to get around his assisted living area with relative ease. Had issue with his foot slipping off footrest and the seat cushion isn’t plush, but customer service was helpful and sent an additional cushion. Great experience with an affordable electric wheelchair so far.

I could not be happier with this purchase! I bought it because I have limited ability to walk and stand and planned to attend our state Fair for multiple days. The chair is so easy to fold and load into the car and then set back up when we get there. The battery lasted all day at the fair and in the heat. And it handled the different driving surfaces at the fairgrounds. I thought the price point was great and it fully meets my needs.

First Impression: Well made and substantial frame. Controller works smoothly and is easy to use. I have received rather explicit instructions concerning running into furniture and woodwork. This controller and joy stick make those instructions pretty easy to live by. I've compared this chair to $3,500 chairs by going to the store and test driving the more expensive ones. I found some of the expensive ones to be underpowered but not the JustHero especially on slopes. This would not be the complete truth without a complaint of some nature. Here's mine. The seat cushion is not comfortable on it's own (just like the expensive ones). I cured the problem with a gel formed cushion that just lays on top of the original equipment. Also I took advantage of the armrest extenders which gives me a little over 20" of room between that two armrest. I'll update in about a month. Well here we are about 3 months later and I have not changed my opinion since my first impression. It has absolutely lived up to my expectations. I have used this chair in travel situations where I was sure I would run the battery dead before I could charge it, but I'm here to tell you that it just kept on running. When I did charge it only required a short while to be fully ready to go again, although I found it most convenient to charge it overnight. I came up with an idea for an accessory for my chair. I called customer service with my idea and asked for assistance,. Truly this was above and beyond what is offered by this company. It didn't matter they were polite and helpful and with their assistance I now have a custom fitted accessory of which I enjoy everyday I go out with my chair. I'm just saying that they are very helpful when you call and want you to enjoy your chair. I have recommended this chair to several of my friends and I extend that recommendation to you.

Chair is very light weight. I have turned it over and landed on my head. It has scooted out from under me and I landed on my butt. It is NOT for needy people! .If you do not really need help_ it is a good chair!

vary high quality chair the last one we got my grand mother the battery never lasted at all. this one tho the battery last long and the chair its self is strong and handles vary well and helps my grand mother with bumpy side walks and dirt roads with out makeing her sick from the bumps as its got shock absorbers its really good and sturdy not to mention this one has a waranty. not like the other junk ones you will find around here trust me iv ben looking you get quality when you get this one take it from me i take care of my grand maw and im her grand son its not as small as other modals but you really do get safty when you get this one it comes with a seat belt and even has a flash strip on the back to reflect light incase your around at night

My dad is 95 and almost completely mobility impaired. He has a larger electric chair that he uses around his assisted living facility but I do not have a lift on my chair to transport it. I saw this chair and purchased it. It has worked out wonderfully. This chair allows him to participate in much more away from his home. It’s small enough when it folds to fit in the back of my Mazda SUV. And I am able to pick it up by myself, though at ~40 pounds, it’s at the upper end of what I can pick up. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful electric wheelchair AND amazing customer service. Their quick response and attention to service was above and beyond. The foot rest of my husband's wheelchair broke off and when I called them and provided them with pictures, they agreed to credit me for the purchase and encouraged me to purchase a new one. Because of their professionalism and courteous response I did not hesitate to buy a new one. I was very pleased with this company's customer service and would highly recommend purchasing a product from them.
