EASY - 1 click to fold the chair up, 1 click to remove the battery. It is well-designed and safe to operate. The advertised 15-mile range seems correct on flat surfaces. I like that it has a USB port on the flashlight. So if your home power ever goes out, this chair would charge a phone or laptop quite a few times. I'm very happy with this purchase! Excellent chair!! Easy to use right out of the box. Works great. Comforable. The best customer service ever. They contacted me and asked if I had questions, sent me an air cushion and other accessories. Easy to load and unload and fold and unfold. Battery lasts days!! Really good chair! Goes up my steep driveway no problem. Small enough to turn 360° in my hallway. I highly recommend this chair and the company that makes it. I haven't had customer service like this since the 1980s!!

Easy to put together and simple to use. Fits through narrow doors and is comfortable to use. It seems stable and isn't cheap feeling. Good power and get up and go. It's a bit heavy, but not awkward to fold up. For the money, you can't beat it.

I ordered the EWC 26, but i think I ended up getting the EWC 16, the difference is that the 26 set is 20 inches wide verses the 16's being 17 inches wide. But over all the quality is amazing, super durable, and has a very fast top speet too. I weight 340 lb and it moves me around with ease, and it is very comfortable to sit in two. Set up was easy. I was contacted by the company's staff ,and was told if I had any problems to call or email them. This was all before delivery and after delivery.

Wonderful wheelchair, which arrived very quickly, was extremely well packed, and the battery charged quickly. The chair is lightweight and I fit most comfortably in it. The wheel locks work well and are comfortably placed. I would have preferred a split footrest that flips up to the sides of the chair, like in my transport chair. However, to reduce my chances of falling, I raise the footrest up to sit in the chair and then push it down to rest my feet while using the chair. Then I do the reverse to get out of the chair. Otherwise, I must straddle the footrest to get in and out of the chair, and that increases my chances of falling. Mastering the joystick is still a work in progress for me in the house, and I have not taken it outside yet. I want to be comfortable getting around inside before taking it out. I have no doubt that I will be zooming around very soon. I am very satisfied with the chair, the price I paid it, as well as the support I have received since purchasing it. I was contacted by the merchant, the day after delivery, to resolve any issues or answer any questions I may have had. I am also being sent a free Air Cushion for a softer seat. Great customer service. Do not hesitate to purchase this chair, you will be awfully glad you did!

This Electric wheelchair was received earlier than expected, but that was great. Large box was beaten up a bit from handling but no damages to interior. It was heavy but I walked it into the house to open. Very well packaged and lined box. Chair slid out fairly easy and wrapped in plastic to protect it. The chair unfolded easily and has a locking mechanism on backrest. Has enough of a battery charge to move it and test it. Very well made. Back wheel hand brakes easy to reach. Hand control for steering easily installed and wiring to battery is right there. No brainer to have it rolling in a few minutes. This is a great purchase!

Worth every penny I spent. Battery life is great. One click open and close is amazing. Controls are easy to use. Reoving and charging battery works really well. I use it around the house and visits to see my doctor. Easy to unload but harder to pickup and load in the car. This wheelchair is not for large people. I am 200 lbs and 6 ft tall. Seat needs a pad as sitting in it for long period is not very comfortable. Highly recommended. Arrived one day early and just took it out of the box and started using it. Money well spent and like none of the others, I ordered it because I could return it if not happy. I plan to keep it for sure.
