Compared to other chairs, this chair offers the smallest footprint when folded and the lightest weight. I did a lot of research before I purchased it for those reasons. EASY - 1 click to fold the chair up, 1 click to remove the battery. It is well-designed and safe to operate. The advertised 15-mile range seems correct on flat surfaces. I like that it has a USB port on the flashlight. So if your home power ever goes out, this chair would charge a phone or laptop quite a few times. I'm very happy with this purchase! Excellent chair!! Easy to use right out of the box. Works great. Comforable. The best customer service ever. They contacted me and asked if I had questions, sent me an air cushion and other accessories. Easy to load and unload and fold and unfold. Battery lasts days!! Really good chair! Goes up my steep driveway no problem. Small enough to turn 360° in my hallway. I highly recommend this chair and the company that makes it. I haven't had customer service like this since the 1980s!!

Easy to put together and simple to use. Fits through narrow doors and is comfortable to use. It seems stable and isn't cheap feeling. Good power and get up and go. It's a bit heavy, but not awkward to fold up. For the money, you can't beat it.

Worth every penny I spent. Battery life is great. One click open and close is amazing. Controls are easy to use. Reoving and charging battery works really well. I use it around the house and visits to see my doctor. Easy to unload but harder to pickup and load in the car. This wheelchair is not for large people. I am 200 lbs and 6 ft tall. Seat needs a pad as sitting in it for long period is not very comfortable. Highly recommended. Arrived one day early and just took it out of the box and started using it. Money well spent and like none of the others, I ordered it because I could return it if not happy. I plan to keep it for sure.

This electric wheelchair is very wellmade and maneuverable. It required minimal assembly and even came with a toolkit and parts to expand the width of the seat between the armrests which we accomplished without a problem. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 only because I wish the footrest could fold or swing back. It gets in the way for those of us not too steady on our feet trying to sit down. Folding it up for transport is easy and it rolls while folded great. It also stands while folded up which is really nice.

Wonderful wheelchair, which arrived very quickly, was extremely well packed, and the battery charged quickly. The chair is lightweight and I fit most comfortably in it. The wheel locks work well and are comfortably placed. I would have preferred a split footrest that flips up to the sides of the chair, like in my transport chair. However, to reduce my chances of falling, I raise the footrest up to sit in the chair and then push it down to rest my feet while using the chair. Then I do the reverse to get out of the chair. Otherwise, I must straddle the footrest to get in and out of the chair, and that increases my chances of falling. Mastering the joystick is still a work in progress for me in the house, and I have not taken it outside yet. I want to be comfortable getting around inside before taking it out. I have no doubt that I will be zooming around very soon. I am very satisfied with the chair, the price I paid it, as well as the support I have received since purchasing it. I was contacted by the merchant, the day after delivery, to resolve any issues or answer any questions I may have had. I am also being sent a free Air Cushion for a softer seat. Great customer service. Do not hesitate to purchase this chair, you will be awfully glad you did!

The media could not be loaded. This was a good buy for my husband who has limited mobility due to a Traumatic Brain Injury. He walks slowly on a cane so we wanted to finally get a wheelchair that allows him to get around quicker while on travel. It is hard getting wheelchair service at the airports because they are limited in staff and in some places like LAX will not let family members push for liability issues. Sometimes it takes forever to wait for them to take your from point A to B. We haven't tried it at the airport yet, but did a great run at a local event. It performed well. Went over some uneven dirt terain pretty well. It made our lives easier since there wasn't any handicapped parking spaces or a way to drop my husband off so I could park and meet up with him like we normally do. Thanks to customer service for sending us a replacement light with USB ports adapter. The one sent didn't work and after showing them a video of the issue they quickly sent out a replacement part. We received it wuthin a few days. I also received an inflatable seat pillow for any inconvenience which I thought was really considerate. The pillow is really comfortable. My husband is happy so far and I plan to follow up once we use it in the airport. It's fun to ride in. My kids like testing it out. Fast, zippy and maneuvers well. We looked at more expensive ones but this one had everything he needed for a better price. He's 165 lbs and 5 ft 10 in. He seems comfortable in the chair. I found a durable cover on Amazon that fits it well to protect when they take it at the door to the aircraft. Hopefully it holds up well. It stands upright when folded as required by the airlines for storage. Overall it does conform to TSA and airlines rules.

I ordered the EWC 26, but i think I ended up getting the EWC 16, the difference is that the 26 set is 20 inches wide verses the 16's being 17 inches wide. But over all the quality is amazing, super durable, and has a very fast top speet too. I weight 340 lb and it moves me around with ease, and it is very comfortable to sit in two. Set up was easy. I was contacted by the company's staff ,and was told if I had any problems to call or email them. This was all before delivery and after delivery.
