Everything works well, and is in order right out of the box. Runs well! Was precharged! Seat cushion is wide, thick, and very comfortable. But! I almost had a conniption trying to understand the connections, and trying to attach the battery cable. It is difficult to reach, insert, and fasten since the fastener is not well machined,not and so tends to misthread when attempting to screw it tightly. The manual is almost a total loss, and is not accurate for this model. Pictures are also small and irrelevant to the particular model—it needs much work!

The seat and backrest of this electric wheelchair are very comfortable. It's easy to fold and load into a car for transport. The footrests and armrests are also comfortable, and the seat is spacious enough that I don't feel cramped. The large wheels make it easy to move on different surfaces without any issues. I feel very comfortable sitting in it.
