I liked the wheelchair because it comes with some great features, but my BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS THE JERKY JOYSTICK!!! Cons: • Sticky Joystick: The controls lack responsiveness, causing the wheelchair to jerk and "twork" instead of moving smoothly. • Safety Risk: This unpredictable movement is disturbing and could cause injury, making it very difficult and stressful to maneuver safely especially inside the house. •Also the angle of the footrest makes it uncomfortable behind the thigh and leg. Pros: • ExcellentTransfer Transitions: I love that the arms on both sides lift up out of the way. It makes moving from a bed, toilet, or another chair so much easier since you don't have to deal with the armrests being in the way. • The frame is the perfect width to easily go through interior door thresholds, which is a huge plus for home use. • other great features automatic-locking breaks when turned off. • it has a front head-light • it has a lot of power ... show more

This electric wheelchair has honestly made a huge difference in my day-to-day life. I requested it from Amazon Vine, and it’s been one of the most impactful products I’ve received. I have issues with mobility due to a bad left hip and other issues so using an electric wheelchair has given me much more mobility and freedom. I like how lightweight and easy it is to fold and put in the back of my SUV. Being able to quickly collapse it and store it in my vehicle has made getting out of the house so much more manageable. It’s opened the door for me to attend doctor appointments in person without the stress and hassle I used to deal with, and I’ve even been able to travel more confidently knowing I have reliable mobility with me. I like how the performance has been excellent and the dual motors provide smooth, steady power. I like how it handles different types of terrain better than I expected. And I like that so far, the battery life has also been impressive and I can go a good distance without worrying about needing a recharge. Comfort-wise, it’s been great for longer outings, and the overall build feels sturdy and well-made while still being surprisingly lightweight. The removable battery is a thoughtful feature, especially for charging convenience and travel. Overall, this wheelchair has given me back a level of independence that I truly appreciate. It’s reliable, portable, and well-designed, and it’s made a real difference in helping me stay active and keep up with important appointments and trips.
