Started using this as needed several times this past 2 months. Ran it for 40 hours and barely used 1/2 the battery. It is very comfortable to sit and ride in. Weights 60 pounds folded down and easy to move it. Unlike scooters that weights 100 pounds or more and battery life in them are crap. I am going to order a backpack for it so I can carry groceries and anything else in it. I highly recommend this product and was very impressed over all about it.

After spending some time using this chair, I found that it has several positive qualities, but there are also some control and safety concerns that potential buyers should be aware of. The product listing states that releasing the joystick will cause the chair to brake and stop. While the chair does stop when the joystick is released, the stopping behavior feels abrupt rather than controlled. The motion can feel jerky, almost like a sudden halt rather than a gradual brake, which may be uncomfortable or unexpected in tighter environments. During one instance while maneuvering toward a dinner table, the chair stopped abruptly and I did bump the table. The joystick control itself feels less precise than expected. Small corrections are often needed to maintain a straight path, as the chair tends to drift slightly to one side or the other if constant adjustments are not made. The behavior becomes more noticeable on inclines. When approaching a slope at an angle, the chair tends to pull toward the lower side of the incline even when the joystick is directed otherwise. In a crowded area where people were walking through the same space, I had to stop and wait for the area to clear before repositioning and approaching the incline from a different angle. Low-speed control is another area that could be improved. Even on the slow setting, the chair tends to start moving suddenly rather than gradually easing forward. Likewise, when stopping, it can feel like a quick halt rather than a smooth deceleration. In crowded environments this creates a jerky motion that requires extra care when maneuvering around people or obstacles. That said, the chair does have some strengths. It has good motor power and was able to climb back onto a sidewalk when one wheel dropped off the edge. I weigh approximately 290 pounds and the chair handled that situation without difficulty. It also performed reasonably well over rougher ground than expected. The minimal suspension appears to absorb some of the bumps and allows a bit of flex, which helps with comfort over uneven surfaces. Overall, the chair has solid power and decent durability for uneven terrain. However, the control sensitivity and braking behavior require more refinement. Users will need to be aware of these handling characteristics and plan their approach when navigating slopes or crowded areas. For the expected purchaser of such equipment, I would think safety would be of first concern. If the manufacturer has any calibration suggestions, controller adjustments, or updates that could improve the joystick response or braking behavior, I would certainly be open to trying them. Should those issues be resolved, I would be happy to update or revise this review accordingly.

Has plenty of power but does not stop when you let off the controller It continues for 3 seconds before tuning off the motor then coming to a stop At hi speed that can take 10 feet At low speed it still takes over 6 feet

Does not stop when joystick is released. Will cause accidents in a store UNSAFE. Fine on smooth surface. Does not stear properly on declining surface. More like a carnival ride. I have a golden scooter, it breaks almost instantly. When the throttle is released. Braking shows poor quality and lack of engineering.
