We purchased this chair for a family member that was having mobility issues. It is a sturdy and well-featured chair, standard in size, with intuitive controls and good capability. We found it easy to assemble and charge, though the charge port is recessed under the control cluster, so care is needed to align it properly. The variable speed is useful and the battery life is excellent. It features a locally-audible SOS function ("help please") and mute-able backup warning. This is a comparatively heavy chair with two motors and batteries; I wouldn't expect to transport it frequently. Although the seat is comfortable, a chair pad may be desired for heavier users. The parking brakes are mounted fairly low due to the small diameter wheels, but they hold well. Finally, we found the chair to be stable and maneuverable, even able to rotate in place since it has swiveling front wheels. Overall, this is a solid chair for mobility-limited persons.

I live in an apartment and have a disability that requires a mobility device to get around when I go out, but there is limited space to store one. This is perfect! Relatively simple to put together, and folds down as small as they say. Sturdy. Battery lasts as long as advertised, was able to confidently go on outings to the mall and pharmacy. It is also way more comfortable than the transport model I've had for years, and safer than my rollator for long outings. It has several speeds, and does struggle a little on hills but never was I in danger of tipping. I found that the second to highest speed matched my companion's walking speed well. It also handled cracks and bumps on the sidewalk better than I imagined it would. The cost is much lower than any other comparable mobility device. It has some useful features in the design like fenders and and a foldable backrest. It weighs about 60lbs. This makes it too heavy for me to lift, but not too heavy for able bodied adults to get it into the trunk of a car for me with help and planning. Many power chairs weigh hundreds of lbs. I feel like I have my freedom back and won't be stuck in the house on bad disability days anymore! One drawback: I wouldn't use this if there were even a slight chance of rain. I don't think it would be safe to get wet.

It comfortably supports a 250-lb person and feels stable, sturdy, and well made. The seat is comfortable and provides good support. The motor runs smoothly and the controls are easy to use, which is very important for a senior. It works well both indoors and outdoors and feels safe and reliable. Overall, it has significantly improved mobility and independence. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable electric wheelchair for a senior.

Do not buy from this store under any circumstances Wheelchair controller failed within 2 months instead of just sending me a new one. They had me doing self diagnosis. Switching wires etc.. im a stroke victim!!! Finally sent me a new chair and are demanding it send the broken one back ridiculous!!!! How can I ship it?? It has batteries a no no for fedex!!

I love it. I can adjust the speeds. I havent tested it on rough terrain yet but as for dirt, asphalt paths and tiles and carpet, it moves and picks up and goes. Long battery life. We can store this in the car and not need to charge it. Its ready to go. Comfortable chair with cushion insert.
