I live in an apartment and have a disability that requires a mobility device to get around when I go out, but there is limited space to store one. This is perfect! Relatively simple to put together, and folds down as small as they say. Sturdy. Battery lasts as long as advertised, was able to confidently go on outings to the mall and pharmacy. It is also way more comfortable than the transport model I've had for years, and safer than my rollator for long outings. It has several speeds, and does struggle a little on hills but never was I in danger of tipping. I found that the second to highest speed matched my companion's walking speed well. It also handled cracks and bumps on the sidewalk better than I imagined it would. The cost is much lower than any other comparable mobility device. It has some useful features in the design like fenders and and a foldable backrest. It weighs about 60lbs. This makes it too heavy for me to lift, but not too heavy for able bodied adults to get it into the trunk of a car for me with help and planning. Many power chairs weigh hundreds of lbs. I feel like I have my freedom back and won't be stuck in the house on bad disability days anymore! One drawback: I wouldn't use this if there were even a slight chance of rain. I don't think it would be safe to get wet.

I bought this for my grandfather, and he absolutely loves it! This wheelchair has been a complete game-changer for his life. He used to avoid going out, afraid of being a bother, but now we can easily fold it, put it in the trunk, and frequently take him to the park or to visit friends. It's simple to operate with great battery life. Seeing the smile on his face from his regained freedom makes it all worth it!

Well to begin with we got it delivered to mother in law’s house sooner than expected. She was very happy to receive it and she has been using it every day. I asked her how she likes it and she replied that she likes it very much and is very easy to use. She takes it outside and has no trouble with the different terrains that we have at her house. So we are very satisfied with the product received.

Not a terrible powerchair, but calling it all terrain is very misleading and dangerous. Has hard plastic tires the will get you stuck and anything other the pavement or indoor flooring. In gravel or grass is will randomly throw you in different directions or just get stuck. Also on a lesser not they sent the wrong color.

Game changer. I am a wheelchair user and unfortunately do not have the upper body strength to push a manual chair. This makes it possible for me to be more independent. The only negative thing about it is it is heavy. I have to have someone get it in and out of the car for me . But the ease of use is wonderful.
