Due to health issues, I was put into the unfortunate situation of purchasing a motorized wheelchair. After extensive research I came to this unit. All the qualities were present with no further upgrades required, unless you prefer a bit more gadgetry but by itself, outstanding in my book and I have a critical eye for quality. Being 6' and @250 I am comfortable as heck. The seat is fine for my use, esp. in big box stores as Sams, Costco, etc. Handling is quickly acquired while operating this chair. I actually "sold" many shoppers while in store and even let them 'test drive' it, with many very satisfied in its quality and price. I even showed how in less than 3 minutes it could be assembled/disassembled. The compactness of its folding surprised me and others, while I was preparing to leave. Our Subaru outback handled it with ease. If there is one thing that truly tops this purchase off, it is customer service. From beginning to end and after use, I have been contacted about satisfaction, issues or overall any and concerns I may have, NONE thus far and doubt if any will arise in the near. My kudos to all the staff, though Janet stood out in her attention to every question/concern I may have, concerning delivery; ease of set up, just any issue that could be thought of was her queries of me, yet none have arisen. Anna was also grand in her email tag with me concerning a question but was diligent in helping me. I provided all those interested in this chair with the Biqissi company information happily and I truly believe they will be as happy as I am with this purchase. In closing, a husband had purchased a chair recently for his wife, she drove mine at his concerns. Sadly she preferred my chair much more for ease, mobility and collapsibility over her chair. He was saddened they had rushed out and purchased a chair for $1200.00 more and they both were sorry they had not met me before that purchase. I found this product to be very well made and shipped in a timely way. It had very little assembly and was easy to learn to use. I would recommend as I did to start in the slowest speed. My first use of the chair was a large gem and mineral show with many people and obstacles, and I had no problems. The use of the chair was for at least 6 hours and still shows a full charge. The chair was easy to fold and fit in the trunk of a Toyota Corolla. I would recommend this chair to any one.

I ordered this chair for a trip to Key west. It is perfect for the airplane. The battery fits nicely into our personal carry-on bag. It’s so small and light. The wheelchair is sturdy enough that you feel comfortable. The seat is very comfortable. The battery lasts a long time it helped me tremendously on our trip. It fits in trunks. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. If you need a wheelchair to give you the freedom, but not the bulk this is it! I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

I see why it has 5 star rating!!! Even for me with 3 limbs effected by CRPS, was easy to to attach the cords together. Easy 1 step fold down. Very sturdy. This wheelchair is AMAZING!!!! Fits well in the trunk of the car, comfortable, and thicker design of the wheelchair is so much better then the thin, weak ones.

Ordered this chair for around town but mostly for our vacation. It was amazing! I looked at chairs locally but they were so pricey. I needed something for vacation and didn't want to rely on rentals. We took a chance on this model and it was great. Fits nicely in the trunk, easy to get in and out, and got me around three theme parks and a weeklong cruise! Easy to maneuver and turn! Battery held up great too. I'm two weeks into using it and would definitely recommend!

This rigid chair has zip to it. I recommend using a lower speed setting to maximize battery life. It does go over a multitude of terrain types except sand and snow but it takes a specifically built chair for these terrain’s It looks nice and is very pretty. If you rely on a chair and choose this one get cushions. It’s very zippy but it has the same joystick that the regular size chair has and fits into a small trunk of a car Customer Service is impeccable! So reach out and get your answer they’re fast and friendly. Understands your needs. Though I use this chair for appointments and traveling with friends I’ve found it handy around the house as I am usually in a very large chair It’s somewhat comfortable and the perfect table height. The joystick can go right or left or even fitted with a bar for center use. For the price I find the chair perfect As with any chair you might have your own tweak to make but that’s what customer service helped me with. I highly recommend this for a person who is on the go and needs portability I’m 5’2 130 lbs and this chair can carry much more weight. But I don’t feel like I’m swimming in it like other brands do.
