This "mixer" is just cheap crap. Doesn't have the strength to mix larger quantities taking way to long so that epoxy is already reacting. Also it fell off the table and came apart, the stirrer came out of the handle. It no longer works. I used it to mix only 2 batches. I will not be purchasing from this vendor again. The media could not be loaded. I received the electric mixer, and was so excited! I made a small cup of epoxy, so I can make a couple of key chains. When I turned the machine on, everything worked fine, I was super excited because my arm hurts from stirring epoxy for so long. As soon I placed it in the cup, it stopped turning. The epoxy was to thick for it to move. But it was just normal epoxy, good quality. So I placed it in some warm water to clean it off, and it spun perfectly. This isn't meant for epoxy, it's not strong enough to turn in thicker liquids. You better off stirring it yourself. ... show more

    • Not worth it for resin crafts
Sucks! Absolutely does not stir the resin well as shown in the pics/description. It struggles the moment you turn it on and after 3 minutes the resin is still foggy and unmixed. The wire whisk even fell out when I tried to remove it. So not worth the money

Upon receiving this stirrer at first glance it’s not very well built. Poor low quality plastic and flimsy construction. Price does reflect quality in this case, my wife makes custom tumblers and so I figured I would buy one to make it easier. At first test of only 1 oz of epoxy the stirrer stopped spinning once dipped in to start mixing it. Only if you place the stirrer at the top of the mixture will it even spin at all. Very displeased with the quality and should not be sold if it can not handle the crafting task. If your in the market buy a different stirrer. ... show more

    • It works but...
It worked fine. It mixes thin items like water or dyes, but I couldn't get it to mix in the resin. It would stop spinning as soon as it touched it. It's probly my fault, didn't equal it out correctly, but I couldn't get it to mix properly.

    • For the price this thing isn't terrible
It's clearly not made for its advertised purpose. Even the packaging depicts it as being for food products. Sadly it barely has enough power to mildly stir liquid resin. But has juuuust enough force to at least get the job done.

    • Is not strong enough for resin
It isn't strong enough to stir resin. It barely turns though the whole process even at the resins most liquid state. Should have just used to for coffee. I meant to request a refund but forgot so I used it once and now it's unusable.
