Great 3/wheeled trike… go forever on a charge , the only thing I would change is the seat , it may work for some buy the back rest is pretty much useless needs to not be spring back , I will be replacing it , but everything else is perfect well worth the money

Purchased 7/1 and the trike does not work. The trike turns on but the actual throttle does not work therefore we are still unable to use the trike. As what we are allowed to review is severely limited I’ll leave it at we still don’t have a trike that works so buyer we ware.

Video was very helpful for assembly, except no audio just visual. You have to rewind multiple times to understand when installing the brake and shift cables to get the methods used. Took a careful, triple checking, 4 hours to assemble and easier with your own socket set. Pedal assist is only for the open trail not around pedestrians or obstacles. All slow speed movements are throttle only but very functional. Pedal assist works great for max 12 mph, 19 mph and 23 mph. Front tire has quick torque so feathering when turning sharp necessary. No shortage of power for hills. Inital impression is very satisfied. Need to buy a rear reflector and flasher because trike has none. UPDATE: Bought another several months ago and closing in on 1,000 miles. Ordered a third so I will have these plus two others types for relatives and friends for group rides. Best purchase for long trail rides. Bought an ebike and the trike is so much more of a joy to ride on groomed trails. Purchased 3 spare batteries so far and 3 13" wide seats with recumbent pads.

A little hard to assemble due to the not so good instructions book but after four hours of struggling with the instruction book it turned out great .the bike is a good purchase and a great bike works great very happy with it

Bike doesn't work charged battery no power no website for help e mail came back no such e mail, told by others Chinese bikes are JUNK!!!

Requires 90% assembly. Excellent customer service and support.. As you would expect given the price, corners have been cut and some parts (battery mount and controller cover) are cheaply made. The frame is well made and substantial. No reflectors or rear tail lights. Display is small and hard to read when riding in the sun.

This has been a very positive experience. I had several questions before this bike arrived and their customer service was excellent. Very quick and positive/helpful. I couldn’t be happier. The bike arrived sooner than promised and was packaged very well. I am 72 years old and I was able to put this together in a reasonable amount of time by myself. It has great ride, very strong and satisfying ride. The bike is well built and should last a long time. I am very pleased with this purchase.
