First impression after assembly is how sturdy this bike is. It has a very ridged frame that supports my 220lbs. The wide 4" tires make for a more stable riding experience. Like other trikes this there is a learning curve to ride, but this bike is much more balanced than my previous bike. The price is amazing for such feature loaded bike. Customer service before, during and after the sale has been exceptional. They are very responsive to inquires, usually getting back to me the same day. Delivery was as promised and the packaging was great. Assembly was slow but not hard. I am not as nimble as I once was. I have only had the bike for a few days but so far I am very pleased!

It takes at least 4 hours to assemble, it looks well made and solidly build. I will take my first ride tomorrow. First ride was fun, except handle bars needed to be tightened as well as seat. Horn stopped working after three uses, back of seat will not stay in place regardless of how tight knob is tightened. Cuts found on seat,. Recommend a good inspection and tighten all factory bolts as they do a poor job in the factory. Customer service returned my call and replaced my light horn asm as well as my seat assembly. So far so good, it is a shame that no dealer is available in Houston TX. Customer service after holiday was good, Over all a good value Mirrors provided are junk, will not stay adjusted no matter how tight you make them. Aftermarket that insert into handle bars work well and don't take handle bar space. I use this etrike twice daily for about 35 miles, it's solid construction and comfortable seat are a real plus, the minor issues. No running odometer, only a trip odometer. No running clock, just a timer for each ride. Folding handle bar extension clamp is very poor design that becomes loose with no adjustment to tighten. I added clamps to seatback to hold in place which corrected adjustment problem. No resolution on loose handle bar extension.

Recently I purchased the Puckipuppy Husky. What a great purchase,the trike came perfectly boxedand was easy to setup. I was thrilled with the trike. The quality of the bike is quite evident as soon as you unpack it. Never had an e-trike ,and am thrilled beyond words my Puckipuppy. Had à small problem and contacted Puckipuppy. They did everything possible to correct my problem, and quite quickly. They went above and beyond what they did to satisfy my problem. The value is great. Remember, the value of a product is how the company reacts to the concerns of their customers and Puckipuppy is outstanding. I highly recommend their product and the company as a whole!! 10 out of 10 for Puckipuppy. I'm buying a second one for my wife because of the amount of pleasure I've received from mine. You won't be sorry buying a Puckipuppy!

It takes a little while to assemble but isn't bad. Instructions kinda suck so look up YouTube videos for that. Its a good build quality, fast bike, mine does about 30MPH. I am 6'2" tall and 250 pound rider. This bike will get you where you want to go. I ride up a lot of hills and on dirt roads, no issues at all. The rear fenders are plastic and kinda crappy but do the job and the seat could be better but isn't bad. It came with plenty of free accessories which was nice. Headlight is super bright and has tail lights and brake lights and a horn. Horn isn't very loud but does work to let walkers know. you are coming up behind them. I don't regret this purchase at all and I don't think you will either. This bike makes you sit straight up and hunched over a little, not comfortable for many miles of riding at one time (for me anyway) but I still love it.
